I made reservations for my family to stay 2 nights at Fin and Feather resort. We traveled 4 hours, with 2 11 month old twins. We checked in at 3 pm and unpacked our children, got them situated and fed. Set up everything and unpacked our luggage. With twins, this is something that takes time. The office closed at 6 pm. We decided to check out early and not stay the 2nd night because our room was filthy and less than satisfactory. The floors were filthy of dirt, the couch had animal hair and trash from the previous. Guests, the shower had scum at the bottom and the sheets had hair and dirt as if they hadnt been changed. Ive attempted to even get a partial refund but was unsuccessful. The management of the resort did not see the issues upon check out, but that is because I spent my time during my vacation cleaning so my family would be comfortable. I feel as if I paid for a clean room to sleep in, yet did not get what I paid for. Total amount paid was ****** and date was august 13, 2021
