Date of service: 08/01/2023 Amount paid: $374.00 AC ********************* Paid for services that were not ultimately performed, and had to call actual professionals to come out for repairs. False advertisement of services, reported AC not blowing cool air, and *** showed up to my home with his grandson alleging multiple issues that were not accurate and charged for alleged repairs/cleanings that were also not accurate, and caused damages. *** went further to insinuate via texts and online that I was unable to afford repairs and provided ridiculous suggestions as well.He advised that he offered a refund that he has yet to provide, even after he demanded for reviews to be removed from online about his lack of services, and created a receipt with false info after multiple requests to provide one.Business response

Refund given for cost of Refrigerant that was added. No refund given for condenser coil cleaning. After cleaning condenser coil we found unit was low on gas. As e started adding gas we found further problems with refrigeration circuit. We stopped and inform customer but customer wanted quotes for additional repairs which we submitted to them. Customer seen pricing and couldn't move forward with repairs as was not covered by warranty as evaporator needed replaced as the air filters were impacted and stuff into filter cabinet allowing ****** dig hair to impact evaporator coil. Causing coil to have to be replaced. Customer was reimbursed for cost of Refrigerant ***** lbs. @3lbs

I am rejecting this response because:Another company came out and contradicted his entire response.
Also, he did not change or replace anything, all he did was use our water hose to rinse the ** unit down and our cameras on our home reflected that. He never entered the home again after the first time for any further inspections. He did not hold up to offering a full refund as he should have.
At this time the complaint can be closed because I don't want to keep going back and forth with this person.
