Hired for landscaping, irrigation, electrical work, and guttering. Suffice it to say that NOTHING that this company did was without problems. Landscaping workers left trash and did not do the best job doing a clean out of some old plants. Had to have the owner come back the next day with them to supervise. One of their contractors was hired to do electrical work - which was subpar and sloppy - and we had to pay $300 for another electrician to fix the issues because J&R would never send anyone to deal with the problem. Had guttering installed - it was not only installed incorrectly (holds water, etc.) but J&R wanted to charge me to take it down and haul it away. Totally damaged our fascia board because they used CAULK to attach it to the house, it angled downward from the house instead of straight up and down because they never braced it. Having our house painted, so we took it down and discovered that the fascia board has to be replaced. New guttering, installed by an actual gutter installer, will cost us $580 and J&R has never offered to refund us. Completely rude and unprofessional.
