Around June we had this company come install four brand new units 36K. The failed to replace a few air boxes and not all the vents were not replaced. We called multiple times text and sent request on the website with no luck. We would like them to come back and finish replacing the vents replace the old air collectors and move the duct work so that our banquet space will cool properly. We also never received any warranty paper work that was supposed to be in the mail month ago.Business response

Good Morning,
I would like to let you know that, last Friday October 7, our sales representative ***********************, visited the customer to discuss this claim. We are working to solve this issue. Some of the vents are ordered and as soon as we get them, ************** will replace them. Other vents are very hard to get, so we repaired them and the customer is agree
The warranty was sent by email and the customer already have it.
