            On April 4 I decided to switch to Patriot Mobile and paid $66.81. They sent me a eSIM card and I received on April 6 in the evening and activated the service. To make a long story short I had quite a few problems with their service. On April 10th I called to cancel the service and was told that I would be receiving a refund. I was emailed the a the amount to be refunded back to my account. I contacted them on the 15th regarding my refund and they claim that the refund has already been issued to call my bank. I called my bank and they said there has no refund issued from Patriot Mobile. I would just like the amount that is fairly due to me and that is minus the amount of days of service that I have not used. After canceling the service on the 10th, Patriot Mobile sent me an email telling me thank you for the payment for service. I checked my bank account and showed them debiting the money from my account.

            Nice people but not all have training for assisting when you live off the grid! 3 trips 40 miles each way to cell towers & told each time that I'm all set when it wasn't! I'm disabled & was very disappointed! 3 trips were really hard!!
