Weve had an opportunity to evaluate the concerns outlined in the Customer Review above and provide the following in response.Upon receipt of the negative review, we reached out to the reviewer to obtain the telephone number utilized by our agent to reach him; however, the reviewer replied and made it very clear that he did not want any assistance. Unfortunately, due to the response we were unable to remove the reviewers telephone number from our databases. If the information is received in the future, we will promptly ask to have his contact information removed from our databases and place the telephone number on our Do Not Call listing.Without the reviewers information we cant be certain the calls the reviewer received were made by USHEALTH Advisors Agents and cannot guarantee the phone calls will stop as its been our experience in the past that this situation typically occurs after an individual has either mistakenly or intentionally entered their phone number online when shopping for insurance. Straight up harassment. I've never heard of this company of inquired to this company and they have been using robo dialing software and pre recorded messages calling me ***** times a day. From 8am to 8pm I get calls. I've asked them to stop multiple times and I get cussed at, yelled at, hung up on. I received multiple calls from ushealth advisors. When I asked the caller to remove my number from the call list and to stop calling me. The caller attempted to keep me on the phone and when I informed him that I was not interested and that I did not care how they received my information the caller insulted me by calling me "a dumb a** nigger" and then ended the call. Weve had an opportunity to review the concerns brought forth in the review above and provide the following in response.Upon receipt of the reviewers complaint, using the email listed in the review, we reached out and asked the reviewer for the name(s) and/or phone number(s) for the calls and/or texts he is receiving; however, we have not received a response from the reviewer. Unfortunately, without identifying information, including the phone number under which the reviewer is receiving the calls and/or texts, as well as the name(s) and/or phone number(s) which are being used to make the calls or texts, we are unable to confirm whether or not these calls and/or texts are coming from USHEALTH Advisors agents. In addition, since we do not have the phone number under which the reviewer has received the calls and/or texts, we are unable to add the number to our Do Not Call list. Therefore, at this time, we are unable to do anything further on our end. Very aggressive sales people and tactic. They might have sold my phone number - ever since I talked to someone from USHealth Advisors, I got over 20 spam calls a day. The caller ID listed these calls as from "Health Center", "Suspected Spam" and "******* ****************** The sales person listed in his email that they are a "A United Healthcare Company", in an effort to portray the "UnitedHealthcare" brand. Weve had an opportunity to review the comments provided by the reviewer above and provide the following in response. Our records show the reviewer applied for coverage for herself and one dependent child, under four (4) plans offered by our Company. These plans include our Premier Choice Specified Disease Plan, Premier Choice Accident Only Plan, Premier Choice Health and Wellness Plan and Medguard Critical Illness Plan. The Specified Diseases/Illnesses and *********************** Plans are excepted benefit plans under the *************** Act (***) but are not considered minimum essential coverage under it. Therefore, they are not governed by the terms of the *** and the application for coverage is subject to underwriting approval. The availability of benefits is subject to the definitions, provisions, exclusions and limitations of the Certificates.A unique feature of the Premier Choice Plan is the availability to purchase a Short Term Plan, referred to as our Premier Med product, on a one-time right and guaranteed basis without any underwriting or evidence of insurability, in the event the Insured has an event in which additional coverage is needed.At the time of application, the reviewer also enrolled in a membership with the *************************************** (****). The **** provides their members with a number of benefits including, but not limited to, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage as well as ******** Services Benefits through a Blanket Group Policy issued by our company to the **** for the benefit of its members. The availability of benefits is subject to the definitions, provisions exclusions and limitations of the Policies.All coverage was issued with an effective date of January 1, 2022, with a total monthly premium of $569.52.Following receipt of the electronic application, an email was sent to the email address listed on the application and confirmed during a subsequent verification call. This email contained links to the electronic application as well as links to brochures for the plans being purchased. The email urged the reviewer to review the documents carefully at her earliest convenience and to contact her agent or our office for any questions. Our records indicate, after the application was approved, the Certificates were mailed to the reviewer on November 3, 2021, via ************* ************** to the address on file. The first page of each Certificate advises the Certificate holder of the 30 Day Right to Cancel provision This provision provided the reviewer with the freedom and the ability to review the Plans for a full 30 days and, if not satisfied within that 30 day time frame, she could cancel coverage for a full refund of premiums. We have no record of the policy packet being returned by the *********** and as the reviewer did not contact our office during the 30 Day Right To Cancel Coverage period, we concluded that she was satisfied with the products she had purchased. We have reviewed the claim file for the reviewer and find that all claims have been processed in accordance with the benefit schedule in the Premier Choice brochure and Certificate schedule, both of which, were provided to her at the time of application and upon approval of the application for coverage.Our records reveal that claims totaling $3,449.48 have been received for the reviewer and her child. Upon review, Participating provider discounts of $1,613.03 have been applied the claims. This represents savings of approximately 46%. Benefits of $1,063.70 have been issued to the reviewers providers.Please note, as the Premier Choice Plan provides first dollar benefits for eligible services, the benefits issued were not subject to a deductible, which the insured/reviewer would have to satisfy under a traditional plan under the *************** Act (***).We have also reviewed our **************** telephone log and can find no evidence that the reviewer has contacted our office regarding concerns with her claims or benefits. We encourage the reviewer to contact our office at the toll-free telephone number on her ID card.
