      I bought an engine through JEGS from ATK. They charged me for a core charge that was refundable after I shipped the old engine back with the label they provided. They never sent me the return label. I have called, sent multiple emails to the email address on their website, and used their online message tool with no success. I have only ever gotten a human on the phone once. They ignored all my emails and other messages. It's been over a month of me trying to get this label so I can get my money back.

      Good morning, per the core instructions on JEGS website you should go to www.corepickup.com to fill out the pickup form. At that point you will be assigned a core pickup reference number, and our team will email you ******* for your pickup. If you have not done this step, that's what is needed to ************* up. If you have done this, shoot us over your email address and the reference # and we can look into it. I will also mention to check your spam folder if you have, often times thats where these emails end up.

      I have attempted to request a core return through the core pickup site 2 more times and I'm still not getting a confirmation email. My email is **************************** and the most recent reference number is 98651.

      Good morning, they do not see any other core pickup request under your name. We only show 1 request that was submitted yesterday which was the request number you gave us here. We issued a freight request through ECHO Logistics, and they will be in touch with you shortly for pickup. This should take care of everything, thank you.

      we ordered a 9k 347 stroker for them that was bad straight **************** it has been over 8 weeks since we sent it back and each week, they just make more excuses then they tried to tell me they would only talk to my customer not the owner of the shop who paid for the engine this company are absolute crooks and incredibly unprofessional

      I Purchased a high performance motor from this company to see about carrying their product to sell in my retail store. I spent $3459 welll after no updates or responses on when motor was supposed to ship and i called them 2 weeks after purchase they told me it be a few months. that day i decided to cancel my order since they have not yet even touched my order and cant wait a few months so i cancel #**** order number they said they had issues refunding my $3459 ti card for some reason so i talked to ***** from the performance department and het said he canceled my order on march 27th 2023 and they where to cut a refund check to me and as of this day they will not respond timely or accordingly they have not sent my refund to my company and i want my money back now its been about month waiting for refund.

      Purchased engine on 1/7/2023 with an expected shipping date of 2-3 weeks. Have called several times checking for updates and have been told 2-3 weeks longer every time. When I called beginning of April I was told it would be at least another 6-8 weeks. At this time I cancelled my order and was told they would have to issue a refund check. It was purchased with a debit card and therefore could be refunded the same way it was purchased. This cancellation happened on 4/7/2023, no refund check has been received. After speaking with customer service I was told they only issue refund checks 1 every 2 weeks and it would be another 2-3 weeks before my check would be mailed. This is absurd. They have had my money for over 4 months and now they want to keep it for another month after. This purchase was for a substantial amount of money $1474.00

      Good morning ******, unfortunately your card on file was no longer valid so the refund never went through. We cut a check last Thursday 04/21/2023 and you should see it in about 3-5 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      I made ATK aware when I originally canceled my order that my card had expired and I would give them a new card number if they wanted.  On 04/18 they had processed a return to my card as it was showing pending in my acct until 04/21 when it disappeared from my acct and then they said they issued me a check on 04/21

      Also nobody from ATK contacted me to let me know they wanted to refund to my card  ever  time I called to try and talk to ******* which was who they kept telling me was handling my return he was never there and never called me back.  They kept telling me refund by check was standard procedure and they only iossue refund checks every 2 weeks.  In todays world of online banking  they should maybe reconsider the refund process

      Bought a New Motor 4,951.38 Dollars, Thru ***** Their Motors come from ATK High Performance Engines. Bought in February 2022, Received motor in July 2022. I was supposed to got A Core pay for my old engine, block for 410.00 Dollars! *** ******** said they didn't pick it up! My Mechanic, ********** ********* said they did in August 2022! If the core was indeed picked up, your shop would have had two types of evidence we can track it by, he would have a copy of the pickup when the driver was there and an email Bill of Lading our company sent to him prior to the core pickup. Simply furnish us a copy of this and we can look into it.       I purchased this engine from Atk on 8/2/22 received it on 8/18 put the motor in on 9/1 because I was waiting on the rest of the parts to arrive. The motor was all new. Every bolt and nut. I got 100 miles and the bearing went bad. I contacted summit whom I got the engine threw they gave me Atk number on 10/10. I called 3 times with claims always having the same response we will open a clai. And call back. Finally on 11/14/22 I got a return call saying the 90 day warranty was expired

      I purchased a motor from jegs on 4/19/19 within the 3 year 10,000 mile warranty the engine failed I called jegs and they sent me to a company ATK that handles the warranty on December 24th of 2021 the engine failed after Christmas I called ATK and filed a claim after 6 months of arguing with the company they finally sent me a new engine they are supposed to handle the costs up to a certain amount for labor to have the new motor installed now they tell me they will not cover part of the cost to have the new motor installed I was told in the beginning that they would cover up to $95 an hour for labor to have the engine fixed I explained to them I do not want the engine fixed I want a replacement engine which they finally sent me 6 months later now they're telling me they will not pay for any of the labor I'm supposed to pay to have another motor installed after their equipment failed I'm supposed to have a 3-year 10,000 mile warranty and they are supposed to cover most of the labor to have the new engine installed and they tell me they will not I would like it to be done

      Bought a refurbished engine from Baxters Auto Parts which they got through a third party which is called Spartans (aka: ATK Remanufacturing) the engine was not a good working engine, there was no power, looked into it and searched every part trying to figure out what could be wrong, it kept having a misfire in cylinder 8 and a couple days later did compression test, wet and dry compression test and nothing. Took it to Ford to get diagnostics from them and there's a blown head gasket, warpt cylinder, and the valve was not seated correctly, all from the start. They confirmed that it was a faulty not good engine. Company is not wanting to exchange faulty engine for a actual good working engine that i paid for. Currently waiting to hear back about getting a full refund because they don't want to do that either.

Hello ****, I have copied, Frank from the store and James on the email so all is clear. I just spoke to Frank at the store, we discussed that your core engine is still there and he is willing to refund you the engine cost as purchased. Some stipulations will apply as I am sure that he will want to have his credit issued to his store, all of which once the engine is returned to Spartan, we will issue credit back. Since you installed the engine yourself which I commend you on doing so on this application, labor would be pending inspection of the product on a refund request such as this matter (and being that you installed the engine which is commendable from my stand point) should you pull the engine out if approved it would be $300.00. If the engine is found not approved, no labor will be given regardless of whom removes the engine and or installs a replacement. If you have the Ford dealer or another verifiable and accredited licensed repair facility do the labor to remove the engine and install a replacement we can cover labor at $50.00 per labor hour at Mitchell labor time guide, but only if the engine is found approved upon inspection. Once again if found not approved for any reason, there is no labor reimbursement. Please let us know how you wish to proceed and I will be responding to the BBB case at this time. You are not wanting to accept the diagnostics from the Ford dealership showing that the engine issue is a problem from your company end not on my end and it sounds like you would not keep your end by replacing the faulty engine for one that actually fully works but instead you would be replacing it with another faulty engine. Seems like I'm going to have to ask for a full refund and for my old engine back so that I can go to a real company that doesn't sell faulty engines. I'm not sure who has my old engine, your company or Baxters but in returning this faulty engine, I need my old one back as well. I will speak with Frank and let him know I would like a full refund and old engine back as well. Your company can not be trusted and you don't follow through. This is a problem that everyone needs to know about.
