            Solicited BBB online referral for prime contractor. BR Contracting responded and submitted estimate to insurance company. Signed contract with BR Contracting for home repair that is located in Grand Prairie, TX that was damage due to flooding on 04/22/2021 and payment send by bank on 05/03/2021 totaling $21,517.44 which is 80% of total of contract. Remaining 20% equaling $4,129.49 due upon completion. My mother and my 14 years old sister that live in that residency. They have been displaced for months since snowmageddon of 2021. BR Contracting has made many promises that the work would only take a couple of weeks to finish. Last week BR Contracting stated in writing at the job will be finished July, 6th 2021 then said they need one more day. The job still hasn't been finished. I work with the Air Force in San Antonio,TX and I haven't been able to dedicate the time needed to resolve this issue and wish your help in finding an equitable solution to this problem.

            Horrible employee. Reckless driving, shouting obscenities and racial slurs in front of my newborn and special needs child, running multiple other vehicles off of the road because they want to drive in the center of a 2 lane road where the lane separation is vivid and obvious. Most disrespectful and disgusting behavior I have EVER encountered. As well as a strong chemical smell just pouring from the company vehicle, while they are driving, possible intoxication while driving as well. I wish I could rate a 0 star.
