BEWARE!!!!After 2 weeks: King size bed mattress, headboard and frame delivered with missing parts but left unassembled in my master bedroom. **************** marked it 'delivery complete' without my sign-off and attested that they would report the missing part with photos to the warehouse and have it delivered for assembly in 2-3 days. Fact: **************** reported nothing. **************** acknowledged 'delivery complete'. No parts ordered. Sales Advocate is **** After 3-5 weeks: No bed to sleep in. I looked online for the parts list for this model and ordered the missing parts myself. I got a confirmation email with a link to track the order and it is not available. Called customer service # on the email and they cannot verify the order # in the email. Called parts # and they said **************** order #'s are different than ************* order #'s so they would not be able to recognize the Parts Order # I had. ************* verified the order but declared the part is not currently available until end of the month and will ship then. Expected to arrive in 2 weeks.Ashley HomeStore Response

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! products are garbage ! purchased a bed from the company very disappointed it was not installed properly. Now theyve already sent several service people to my home very inconvenienced, and will not do a thing about it. it is still not fixed correctly. They will not do a thing. Please do not waste your time at all going to the store we will be taking further action in regards to this matter.Review from Sherrie W

Went in and bought a ***,mattress,vanity,chairs,rugs and a desk. Was up sold on the cooling matress medium queen. Was told the tempurpedic *** would fit in my *** frame which it did not. My old Amazon mattress felt better. Had to wait for 30 days to trade in the mattress for a softer one. They bring out the new mattress its the same medium queen. Call back they are sending out another mattress so I asked to make sure they had the order right it was a king soft. I bought a queen *** and queen *********************** They could not figure that out. Finally we get it right they have me sign a form saying I would get back ******* with the exchange purchase being a different *********************** Called and asked about it to find out they would charge more if it was an upgrade but dont give back money for down grade. An A class clown business. Furniture came in damaged and had to get a new vanity brought out. It wasnt right so I just dealt with it. I would never recommend this place to anyone or use them again.Review from Susan R

I bought a set of furniture with a big couch and a love seat that the salesman claimed had a built in agreement for cushions to never fail. The set came in Oct, 23 and by December the cushions were already sunk in. Then I found out that cushions are NOT guaranteed but luckily, I bought an extra ****** warranty. So the cushions have already been replaced and need to be replaced AGAIN and the set is only 4 months old. I tried to trade or bring back and even take a loss of some sort just to get a better ***********. Not me would help me. I was promised 2 callbacks from corporate office with no avail and also reps were not taking notes until I called and yelled. If this isn't fixed then that proves that lies and cheap merch is allowed and bought by Ashley Furniture.Ashley HomeStore Response

Purchased a dinette set from Ashley on December 4, 2023. It was delivered on the 19th of December. On Wednesday February 13th I came home from work and noticed there appear to look like bubbles in the middle of the table. I called the warranty department, took pictures and sent them over, I was told that it looked as if the table looked warped and that is a cosmetic problem and that is not covered after 72 hours. I purchased this table because of the design, and in good faith. And now I stuck paying for something that I'v'e had less than 2 months, haven't even set down to have a meal at this table. My wife and I purchased an L shaped couch. Upon delivery there were holes in both the left arm sofa and the ottoman, as well as blemishes on the right arm sofa (the wedge will be delivered at a later date). I told the delivery driver to put the couch back on the truck, but he refused saying all problem pieces would be replaced.After speaking to customer service, they confirmed that the left arm sofa would be replaced and the ottoman would be repaired to their standard (no word on the blemishes). They later changed their mind, despite what they said in writing. They now want to patch a hole I can fit my hand in, and are going back on their word. I have sent them screenshots of the original conversation saying they would replace the left arm sofa to no avail. I refused the items, but they would not be taken back. Then Ashley has gone back on their word all within one transaction, unwilling to look at what they themselves said they would do. Horrible experience.Ashley HomeStore Response

Dealing with Ashley has been an absolute nightmare. This company is awful and has zero customer service skills. First, I am sold a "white glove delivery" service (which I am forced to purchase). The white glove delivery was not as promised, so I called to complain. I was told someone would call me back soon. Fast forward 9 days I still do not receive a call back so I finally call again. A few hours later I receive a call from a condescending higher-up or supervisor who tells me (in not so many words) that I am wrong about what white glove incudes and they will not be doing anything. After finding the information right on their website I call back. She offers me just $50 off my delivery because "they still delivered it didn't they?". Unbelievable. It gets even worse. My 2 nightstands are delivered a few weeks later. They have built in lights. One of the lights doesn't work and the other one makes a loud buzzing noise when anything is plugged into the outlet. These are the 2 main reasons we bought these nightstands. Once again I call customer service because I received defective products. I am told they can't find my order and they need to send it to a different department who will call back in 30 minutes to an hour. Well, fast forward 8 days this time and once again I have to follow up because no one has called me back. They tell me I need to donate the nightstands and get a receipt before there is anything they can do. I went back and forth for 30 minutes before finally being told they will send a replacement. The kicker is that I need to wait 3-5 days for a confirmation email and then I'll find out when the dressers will arrive to me. ******* told me they may be getting nightstands in on the 26th but that's subject to change. At best it will probably be a month before I get the new ones, and who knows if those will even work. This company is awful and I will NEVER order a thing from them again and I will be sure to advise everyone I know to stay away as well.Ashley HomeStore Response

Horrible experience from the beginning. Not only my furniture got late but damaged. It is been a little more then one year and the frame in my sofa is not leveled. I am paying to have a tech to come to check and not even that I had paid, they have me calling every day for a week to scheduled a tech come to my house. Do not buy anything from them. Do not buy extended warranty, it does not cover ehat i was told, i feel lied to *** extremely disappointed.Ashley HomeStore Response
