My car have been in the auto body shot for months with no answer clearly timeframes it any progress. The lies and deceit that I have received. The text messages in my phone that I have from him. His bad reviews online come Mainly from women. I think he have a problem with minority owmen. I just want my money back if the car is not fixed. Even if I'm he has done work on it just want to pay him for what he have done if he have done anything and get the rest of my money and move on from this. I don't want to deal with this man ever again. I don't trust him anymore. I want my car back with the part it came with ASAP! It's been in the shop 8 months. He told Me at first I can take my time to pay and get the car fixed then it became like he was rushing so he started to ask for Money all the time when he verbally told me in front of a witness it was not a time frame then when I got the money to him it's still month later lien 6 plus. He ga e me an estimate of 11,500 then changed it to 12,000. He then attempted to ask for more. I just want this nightmare to end.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/05) */ Contact Name and Title: Raymond V****** Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: ******************** I would like to apologize for the length of time it has taken to have my clients car finished .As of now we have a couple of parts that are on national back order but have since we have provided a loan car until the parts come in at no costs to my client other than time .We understand the frustration at the time length to acquire these said parts we are working on looking all over the country for parts as of now. We have already discounted this job to make it affordable as possible. We also made payment arrangements that would work for her as well. I really and truly do not understand how this has become a racial or gender issue as I am Hispanic also and have never treated her with anything but the upmost respect and honor as not only as a female but a client. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to make my client as happy as possible considering the delay in parts.
