  CBR bought garage doors from Overhead Doors in ********, had them shipped and installed on the garage that I contracted him to build. CBR has been paid in full by me when the job was completed. I have been contacted numerous times by Overhead Door informing me that CBR hasn't paid for the doors. *************************, owner of CBR, has informed me numerous times that he has taken care of the doors. I recently received an invoice in the mail and there is still a balance on the doors. They are billed to CBR. Now ************************* has changed his story and claims that I owe Overhead Doors for the doors. I have spoken with the Owner of Overhead Door, ***, and he assured me the invoice is for ************. They are just notifying me because the doors were ordered for my address. The invoice is from a year and a half ago and needs to be paid by CBR. He has been paid in full by me and I wish to never see or hear from again. I also strongly advise anyone considering using this business for any work, don't do it! Lastly his response to my requests for him to pay is totally out of line and certainly not that of a responsible business owner that should be considered for any work for the public.

  Customer received invoice for doors that he had ordered from Overhead Door that were installed by Overhead Door.  These doors were not ordered from CBR. An estimate from Overhead Door was initiated but declined by CBR as they were unable to match existing doors on home.  These doors were promptly removed by Overhead Door.  The doors installed at Project constructed by our company match the existing house and were not contracted with Overhead door. Overhead door and customer erred on this order not contracted by our company.  The project has been completed for well over a year and both customer and Overhead door should have resolved this issue.  All material and labor on this project have been paid in full and we released customer of any financial obligations to us. We hold customer harmless in the matter of his contract with CBR.  Overhead door has told us on many occasions that customer also has no obligation to those doors that were removed. I, agree with customer that they should not of received any invoice from Overhead door.  Overhead door has assured me on many occasions that they would stop these tactics with customer to recover on this matter.
