On 8-12-2021 ************************* of Arks roofing wrote a contract stating he would replace my roof, and replace the wood around the roof, and replace the patio screen, and a screen window that I filed with my insurance company, and promised me he would waive my deductible for me. He replaced the roof and that was all, he said h*** replace the wood in and screen and window in the following days but that never happened, I kept calling and asking him to come finish but kept giving me the run around day after day week after week months after months, finally I just paid for the patio screen out my on pocket. He kept insisting I pay him but he never completed the job telling me he needed me to pay him so he can pay his workers, I even had to pay for 3 sheets of OSB. I paid him his money and he still gave me the run around saying hes going to come finish the job and send the invoice to me or the insurance company but that also was and is a lie, hes been saying hes going to send the invoice but hasnt, 2 of the insurance agents called him on numerous occasions asking him for the invoice and he tells them hes sending it now but hasnt to this day. I even sent him a certified letter but no response what so ever. Im hoping ************************* will do the right thing to resolve this issue thats been going on far too long. Complete the job, honor the waived deductible and send invoice to ************************** claim #********** *************************- direct # ************
