They began in April. They did not install the proper doors. The doors they did install do not fit, lock, close, or keep out insects. They have not caulked. They left dirt between the panels. They left dings and scratches. There is a missing threshold. They never respond with e-mail or phone calls. I have yet to see anyone from this business at my home, not even the shoddy salesman. It seems they have abandoned the project since they do not know what they are doing. Total incompetence. Anyone is welcome to see the disaster they have created at my home.Business response

We know this platform is a good place to vent frustrations and rightfully so waiting for custom made and back-ordered material is frustrating. Please know that you can contact us directly also and express those frustrations. We will be glad to update you with any information that we have received. ************** ***************************************************
To date, we have completed as much as we can so that you could enjoy your room enclosure while we wait for the final parts. If there is something else, we can do to in the meantime before its finished, please let us know.
Keep in mind, even after we complete our contract, we will be here to address any concerns.
