              ***, owner of this firm approached me to bid a garage extension at the agreed cost of $4000. Up until that point he reached out regularly for the job. Once he was paid his 50% retainer, I met with him and clearly advised what I wanted designed. From there it went silent. I had to reach out for updates. It was an excuse after excuse until I finally got a draft of the plan. Unfortunately, the plan looked nothing like what I asked for. Confused, I called and asked why I was sent something dissimilar to my request. No answer was given, and was simply told we will get it fixed. Again, no updates for 1.5 weeks. I follow up at which point ** told he had a sinus infection and Id have the plans that night early am, nothing . Tried calling, wouldnt pick up. Searched BBB saw he has done this to others. Advised him with screenshots at which point he quickly replied with Ill have something today , he had an emergency meeting. He has been told that I will file suit if what I paid for isnt presented to me or monies refunded asap.
