Although everyone was very nice, I used my home warranty to call this company out and I was overcharged. My pipes were backed up and the first toliet was not even repaired. After charging being almost 6000 (which most of that was because there were roots from trees in my yard) I was told the issue was actually the city's problem. Even the plumber that works for the company informed me the city must come out at the end of the job. There were never any broken pipes. I paid for my entire yard to be dug up for no reason. With the rain the problem will persist due to the fact that the clog is at the city line and was never in my line. I was told we were moving it to "get away from the trees." I believe as soon as it was known that it was in fact the city's problem they should have allowed me to reverse the loan that they helped to procure the first night. Also the first night I was told they would be digging 50 ft but was never given a bill. That is what was agreed upon before I signed a loan and had my yard dug completely up. On the final bill that length was adjusted to say anything over 40 feet cost an extreme amount over. I did ask for a small refund since I knew that the job was done for no reason. The supervisor spoke to me as if he was amused and denied the refund. He also laughed when asking if I wanted my rocks fixed in my yard that were previously landscaped. He also informed me that the city would have to come out. He stated they could not go any further because that was the citys area past the easement.
