February 2021, I paid the full amount of 1200 dollars for the deed to my Grandmother's property at 1300 east Arlington Ave to be transferred over after the passing of my mother,my father and grandmother, (mother a only child ,father a only child, no other siblings) I am the descendent of them both, only son and oldest of two..handed over all proper documents of death certificates and marriage licenses of my deceased parents..he seen a easy deed transfer just bring me two witnesses, "HE SAID" but when I call I gets no answer ,when the paralegal answers she has a excuse,he's out of town or her daughter has heart surgery " im not inconsiderate but I'm about to lose my family's home because of property taxes that I can't homestead because of the deed that he has never fulfilled from February, its the end of May and I havnt even got a up date..the doors stay locked due to covid so they never let me inside the building..during this pandemic the money I gave was all I had..Business response

This matter was oversight by the client who jumped the gun on forming an opinion that was not founded or justified. My paralegal called client to address his concern & he immediately apologized for his mistake. Not only was the work done & ready for execution, we even went so far to go out of our way to visit him & his family out of office to finalize the execution of docs. We have refrained from recording the desired docs until the client could successful prove that he fixed his review or had the opportunity to recant his previous unfounded statement. Client assured us that he would do whatever it took to remove or make known that his previous complaint was a false alarm and mere act of emotion than fact. Client is happy with our services.
