W3Global is the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever worked with. I would not recommend using or working with them.I was originally contacted via LinkedIn with an opportunity. It sounded interesting, so I replied to the LinkedIn message. The recruiter reached out to me on the phone to discuss further, however, she barely had any information, and I was quickly turned over to someone else mid phone call. This person didn't have much detail either which I thought was very strange. I was asked a series of generic questions, and when I tried to clarify, so I could answer properly, they really weren't sure. They connected me with an interview but remained involved in the negotiation/hiring process.It took several weeks to confirm anything through W3Global on a start date, and I kept getting the answer that they were "waiting on response". I was told verbally that they would like to move forward several times and kept asking for an offer letter to outline the terms. When I would ask any additional questions about benefits, etc, I was never given an answer. They finally sent me the generic offer letter 3 weeks after my initial interviews. They also ended up sending me a generic "master agreement" to sign, which a lot of the clauses did not apply to the job that I was offered. When I questioned the recruiter about the clauses, I was told, "no problem, it's a master agreement, don't worry, it's only for 30 days".My 30 day contract was cut short to 3 weeks. I was told that I would be paid for my 30 days on the 1st of the next month. After following up several times a week, and always told "be patient", I finally received payment over a month later and it was only for 1 week. Not only that, they took out $189.91 for "background verification fees" which they never told me that they were processing a background check, nor did they provide proof that they did. I am still waiting to get paid my additional 2 weeks worked.
