I purchased a Groupon an the manager ******* said i had purchased one back in 2022 so i couldnt use one anymore. The Groupon fine print stated below that it can be purchased every 6 months. She said no was very rude said they wont take my Groupon i need to pay and i need to contact Groupon and get refundCustomer response

According to Groupon i can purchase one more time for this business. Its sad the owner doesnt read the fine print. This business should be taken off if they go based on using it back in 2022. Manager told me i can never visit i never want to visit this business and i have reached out to Groupon as well for my refund. Owner doesnt need to contact me I am not interested in ever visiting a business with such horrible customer service and hire people like ******* to speak to long term customers in the manner she did. My therapist used in proper draping exposing me I thought a complaint with a business and they found two respond and did not offer any training or procedures for corrected the problem. I've asked to cancel membership and I do not have the forms and Management fails to respondInitial Complaint

I was a recurring customer of Massage green spa. I had a mermeship in the ********** location back in 2016. When the ********** location closed, I had 3 massages left so they called me to let me know my membership was still open and I could use my massages left in the other locations. I chose ***** since it was closer to me. I kept going to ***** and paying a monthly fee $49.95. You could accumulate massages. I had about 15 massages left when the ***** location closed. The day before it closed, year 2020, we had a massage, the manager said they were changing administrations, but she never mentioned they were closing. They closed then we called the ****** location to get my massages and they said they do not have collection of the massages in *****, they only have the 3 that I left in ********** back in 2016. They told me they can't give me the massages from the ***** massage green spa place nor give me my money back.
