Personally I feel the selections of meats available from good ranchers tastes better than what I can get at chain grocery stores. They could improve by: 1. Having better cooling packages for shipping. 2. Only the chicken packages leak for me. And consistently leak. I solve this by thawing the chicken on a plate to catch the juice. Maybe the Chicken vac machine needs inspection? All the chickens leak. Not the end of the world. P.s. It would be nice to be more open about your sourcing other than somewhere in the USAReview from Marjorie S

It is so comforting to have a g trustworthy food source. These days we are afraid of our good. But Good Ranchers not only gives us a safe source, but delicious high quality meats, poultry and seafood.Review from Stacy C

While I'm aware this company has the right to charge as they see fit, Not sure I agree with charging one time purchase more than a member. Pricing should be same across the board. I was going to "try them out" by purchasing a "first box". Good Ranchers should offer their members perks of course but not at the expense of "potential" customers. While I'm sure the quality is great, These boxes are still very expensive. Maybe instead of penalizing first time/one time customers, give them incentives to buy more.Review from Edward A

The meat was great. The packaging was not. Roughly 60% leaked, so much for the marinade on the chicken. Will not stop me from giving them another chance.Good Ranchers LLC Response

I have been receiving meat boxes from Good Ranchers for many months and only had 1 delivery issue where the package was lost while in possession of the shipper. I contacted Good Ranchers and they IMMEDIATELY sent out a replacement. I have had nothing but great product and outstanding customer service during my time doing business with Good Ranchers! Good Ranchers provides an absolutely incredible product! As someone with a meat heavy diet, I can often get a sense of the quality based on how I feel throughout the day. After trying Good Ranchers, I feel invigorated with clean, yet delicious assortments of meats. I would heavily recommend a good rancher subscription to anyone who is looking to build muscle mass, and drive a high protein diet!Review from William C

We’ve tried and canceled several different “meat box” subscription over the years. We’ve stuck with Good Ranchers for over a year now because we love the meat. Over the course of our membership, we’ve had two issues and customer service was responsive and immediately resolved the problem. Love these guys.Review from Tim G

I added a package of brats to my last order. They took the additional money from my account but didn't send the brats. Tried calling twice, no one would answer (didn't bother leaving voicemails). Sent 2 emails with no response. So far they've pretty much stolen my $10. Good meat but hopefully you never have a problem with your order because their customer service is horrible.Good Ranchers LLC Response

I apologize for the experience you have had so far, based on your detail this is never the standard we want to leave with you. To correct this I have gone ahead and added extra smoked brats for free to your next order in January!
