I have been receiving meat boxes from Good Ranchers for many months and only had 1 delivery issue where the package was lost while in possession of the shipper. I contacted Good Ranchers and they IMMEDIATELY sent out a replacement. I have had nothing but great product and outstanding customer service during my time doing business with Good Ranchers! Good Ranchers provides an absolutely incredible product! As someone with a meat heavy diet, I can often get a sense of the quality based on how I feel throughout the day. After trying Good Ranchers, I feel invigorated with clean, yet delicious assortments of meats. I would heavily recommend a good rancher subscription to anyone who is looking to build muscle mass, and drive a high protein diet!Review from William C

We’ve tried and canceled several different “meat box” subscription over the years. We’ve stuck with Good Ranchers for over a year now because we love the meat. Over the course of our membership, we’ve had two issues and customer service was responsive and immediately resolved the problem. Love these guys.Review from Tim G

I added a package of brats to my last order. They took the additional money from my account but didn't send the brats. Tried calling twice, no one would answer (didn't bother leaving voicemails). Sent 2 emails with no response. So far they've pretty much stolen my $10. Good meat but hopefully you never have a problem with your order because their customer service is horrible.Good Ranchers LLC Response

I used to love this company, but the quality of their products has gone downhill extremely fast. Virtually every single seal on their individually wrapped pieces of chicken and pork leak. So what was a extremely good product has quickly turned into a food safety issue. They changed their packaging recently, and by going cheaper they've only produced a inferior product for their consumers. Truly disappointing that once again something I like has turned into garbage the moment they get popular.Good Ranchers LLC Response

They cannot get the shipping and handling right! The last two shipments have been damaged by FedEx but the packaging is part of the problem. The frozen products are placed loosely in a poorly insulated square box with a bag of dry ice. When I received these boxes, all the corners are crushed, the bag of dry ice is punctured and the products are thawing. FedEx delivered the most recent shipment at the curb. I absolutely love this meat. My order was frozen solid. Package very well. Store bought meat messes with my stomach and makes me sick the rest of the day. I quit eating beef until I found you. Your bacon is delicious The best I have ever had. I just hope u will add roasts to your options. I'd love a good roast. It's been awhile.
