Where to start? Great sales pitch and great brochures, after that an awful experience. We contracted in September 2021, for a screened in porch. They gave us a 6-week window to get the supplies in and to schedule the installation. 6 weeks came and went a no communication. We started calling and got the run around with supply chain issues and manufacturer delays. It all seemed plausible, but the delays kept happening with zero communication. I can't count how many times I was told someone would call me back and they never did; it was left up to me to call back. No only did I have to keep up with the company but i had to do my own work with the City on the permits that they could not seem to figure out. April 2022, we had a porch. Then the second set of problems started. They poured the slab wrong and any time it rained I had standing water on the porch for days. It took them 3 months to some out to look at the issue and admit they made a mistake. Solutions were offered but I was hesitant because if the time it took for the initial install. We settled on a solution and again I was given the standard 6-8 weeks for material. At week 9 I stated calling because why would they reach out to a paying customer to let them know the status of their project? After multiple calls and escalations, we finally had a date to fix the porch. This was over a year since we had signed the contract. As soon as the job was done, they called for payment. I asked about the delays, the admitted mistake and the fact that the job took over a year to complete. Their response was full payment was expected because the job was completed. They said that someone from the company would come for a final inspection and give us the warranty. No one has come to inspect the porch and I have been calling since December 2022 to get a copy of my warranty and nothing. This should not be this hard when someone is providing a service to you. I could leave no stars I would. Purchased windows in April of 2022 we were told 4-6 weeks. No one called to give updates I had to make sure to call them to check up. Finally almost 5 months later they come to install in August. GUESS WHAT.....THE WINDOWS ARE INCORRECT. They put non opening windows in my children's rooms "temporarily." They put a picture window glass in my bathroom instead of the frosted glass that we asked for. So now i will have to put a curtain over my bathroom window to keep my neighbors from being able to see everything. Was told by the boss at time of installation they would be "expedited" Again we waited and had to call every week or so for an update. They finally showed up with the correct windows on January 9th, 2023 to install. Of course all this time we were paying for them as well. No one ever picked up the phone to call me, no one offers an explanation and barely an apology. They ************ to the next person and it gets dropped. Literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. No type of compensation for the 9 month long extremely frustrating situation that they caused. As well as the last 4 months being dangerous to have my children in rooms with nonfunctional windows.......TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE and keep your sanity !!!!!Review from Adra V

I would give 0 stars if possible. I set up an appointment time online. I received a call asking what time I wanted to set my appointment. I knew something was off at that point. Less than a week to the appointment I recieved a text, not a call, informing me they would no longer be honoring the appointment. They "are not taking orders." The only explanation that i received. The text was sassy, as was the response I received when I stated they made my choice for me as to which company I would use for this service. The text was full of misspellings, including my name. At least get your clients name correct. Based on the unprofessionalism from the person who repeatedly texted me, I will never recommended this company to friends, family, or enemies.Review from Alexander R

We had a large insurance claim that we contracted Tarrant Roofing for after an excellent sales pitch from one of their project managers after our ranch was pummeled by a hailstorm this spring. This was the last "excellent" anything we got from Tarrant Roofing, as the next 7 months have been spent dealing with so many issues I could write a book about it. I will save the reader time by saying many false promises were made, and most of the installations (from tin roofs on multiple buildings to painting multiple buildings) were of such poor workmanship that crews had to come back sometimes 3-4 times before issues were resolved. Many of these issues I just had to make peace with not being right... for example after complaining about large gaps between the tin on a 100 x 100 metal building I was told that to fix that they would have to take everything down and redo it and that they wouldn't do that; this building actually looked better after the hail damage than after the repair! What was originally supposed to take a few months took **** While I understand supply chain issues most of the delays were due to poor scheduling and fore site as well as many cancelled appointments that had to be rescheduled (not to mention having to come back dozens of times to correct errors on installs). Our project manager communicated well at the beginning but that fell off fast when things began dragging on, and was cought lying multiple times over scheduling issues and appointments (in their defense to cover for their subs incompetence). Overall I would say craftsmanship was below average, customer service poor, and I am more than disappointed with the final product. This was no small claim, in the neighborhood of 1/4 million. I try not to live with regrets but its pretty hard with this one... hopefully I can steer someone else clear of making the same mistake I did of choosing Tarrant Roofing.Review from Natalia T

I love my windows, what a transition. Along with having every window replaced in the house, I had the garden window in the kitchen. Prior to the new window being installed I would have a breeze, which would cause a temperature change in the house. After the installation the temperature in the house improved greatly and decreased the cost of my electric ****. The installers were great, they installed the windows and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful, and I highly recommend Tarrant Windows to install your new windows.Review from Art B

Tarrant Window converted my window into a door. Once the door finally arrived. They were extremely responsive and even work with us on an measuring issue. I would recommend them to anyone and would defiantly do business with them again.Tarrant Windows Response

Do not use this company if you want your time and money respected. We signed a contract for a new sunroom in September 2021 and were told it would be done in December 2021. Then it was pushed to March 2022 due to materials delay. March comes and our materials are here but we just then learn they are so backed up on installations they can't come until May. There is only one person who does all installations. May comes and goes and then we were told June. Then we get a call in June that there is an issue with the permit and could be another six weeks (despite the fact they've had nine months to get the permit). It has been two weeks since then and they still haven't even submitted the new paperwork to the city. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company in my life. We have been shuffled between countless project managers and have to call them to request updates rather than being proactively provided. They don't even do sunrooms anymore because the process is such a mess. The earliest our installation will happen is seven months later than the promised date when we signed the contract.Review from Denise W
