****** has been so helpful through this whole process and has made everything happen fast and go by smoothly! All questions I have are answered quickly and they provided me with all information I have asked for and more. They have really made moving a lot less stressful.

So, I was interested in a property belong to this company in *******. Did some research and notice an alarming amount of complaints regarding work orders. I called asking if it was a leasing office on site and how they handle work orders and this was the response. whats the point of your call? What property are you asking about? Well, that address at *************** is no longer available anyway so bye

Im a unit owner at one of the Condo facilities that County manages. Last February (2023) I had a water pipe break in my kitchen and flood my unit. I was not home at the time. When I received notice to get home from the **************** I was half of an hour away. When I got home. County was already there. **** and his entire staff have been there to help from day one. They assisted in putting in my claim. And helped me with the restoration. Not only a restoration, but what is acceptable to me. This allowed me to use my own money to upgrade things that were not covered by the insurance. Getting me back to where I plan to stay. From someone in the Quality profession for over 40 years, I give County an A+

My business partner and I hired All County Property Management Group to manage ********** that we owned in our ****** They handled the tenant with ****************** but firmly protecting our rights as landlords. They asked us each year how we wanted to change the lease in any way and offered suggestions when asked. They consistently did all the financial paper work and deposited funds into the proper accounts with all the paperwork to follow each and every month on time. Repairs were a breeze for us and were completely hand off on our end. I honestly cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Im not even sure where to begin with this company. I was lured in by the number of good reviews, but in all honesty Careys inability to do the very basics of his job has costs us thousands of dollars and an insurmountable amount of heartache as landlords. We hired him before moving to ********* so we could rent out our house, and for three months he let it stay vacant. We ended up having to market it ourselves (despite paying a hefty marketing fee) while on vacation to find our tenants. When our tenants needed a new fridge, he waited months to notify us, which put us in a hard place financially when we had to rush order one. Every month there was a maintenance fee for something, which he never sent over invoices for or communicated with us prior to charging us. Finally, he allowed our tenants to completely trash our home over the course of two years, and despite telling us in person he would do routine walkthroughs, we have proof that it never actually happened. We ended up having to spend over 15k to fix the place, which was a direct result of him not checking in - ever. When we went to a lawyer to see what our options were, he was shocked with the language in the contract and advised us to immediately fire him, which we did. Stay far, far away from this property management company.

They do nothing for the tenants. They do not do timely repairs, raise rents without owners knowledge or consent. Do not return phone calls regarding leaks and other issues. Would never recommend them to property owner or to a potential tenant. If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible l Business

As a landlord, I entered into an agreement with all county group to rent 2 of my apartment units. They Failed to provide a CMA in the beginning and ******************* refused to promptly return my calls. They did not even take professional pictures and couldn't rent my units for a whole month despite reduction in rent 3 times. When they insisted that I reduce rent one more time - I decided to terminate the agreement. This is when they invoiced me $1000 ($500 per unit). I had to pay this amount to retrieve my keys. This is what I call unethical business practice in a one sided agreement that deprives a landlord a amicable way to exit an agreement due to All County Group inept performance and inability to deliver results, thereby holding a landlord hostage. I would recommend any landlord or real estate investor to stay away from this business due to bad business practices, poor performance and inability to deliver results as promised. I should have looked up their reviews before I engaged them. Lessons learnt the hard way.

All County Property Management Group prides itself on communication and transparency with our management agreement that is available on our website 24/7.Per our numerous discussions, the market sets the rate. Your high rental rate expectations and additional fees specifically requested did not fit into the current market. For this reason, All County recommended the rent and fee reduction. Our goal is always to get the most return in the owner's pocket. According to our records, communication was made on an almost daily basis. Our management agreement is based on All Countys 30 plus years of experience that has a cost associated with our services.It is beyond All Countys control if an Owner chooses their own route versus the All County Property Managements proven successful model. In every situation, we want our Owners and Investors to be successful. We wish you the best!
