            On May 12th, we called this business to fix our truck. They came out to our truck and fixed it and charged us $571. We questioned them on the price and they said that to come out to you, its a flat rate of $510 and the part was $61. At no time did they call and gave ** an estimate. When I called to ask them about it, they said since you did not ask we did not tell you how much you will be charged to come out. The manager then started to threaten me that if payment is not made he was going to tow my truck away. They have bad business practices and on top of it they are threatening their customers openly and aggressively. Not someone who should be in business and rip off customers. They should not be accredited by BBB. Customers have to be protected from businesses like these.

            What a terrible place. We spent $3200 to fix an air leak because their mechanic couldn't figure out how to fix the other issues we asked for. Their mechanic when asked about the truck not being fixed said "volvos are hard ". Well if you couldn't figure it out, then stop working on it and just wasting our money and tell us.Then they broke a part off the ** and a piece of it went into the fan and when we drove about 50 miles down the road, the piece flew into the radiator and we then spent $2000 for a new one same day.What a waste of money
