I am currently reaching out as Ive recieved a "loan statement" notice that this company is stating is a foreclosure. I had a family member reach out to this company after 7 years of making payments, but am currently undergoing a hardship of having to cope with losing my child due to an accident. ***************************** has been the one who has taken calls from family, and she has shown no emotion nor attempted to help us knowing the circumstances we are undergoing. I find it very hurtful for a company like this to not try to work with a grieving family in a tough time of hardship.Business response

Based on the information provided by the consumer in the attached complaint, it is obvious that this issue *** been assigned to the wrong business and should be sent to the proper company for resolution.
We are not Legacy Homes. They are not located at this address. We have no company affiliation with Legacy Homes. We are not a mortgage lender. We do not provide servicing of loans. There is no one employed by our company named *******, and we have never sold a home to the person submitting this complaint. Please remove this from the records for Legacy Housing Outlet. This correspondence is in error.

I bought a repossessed mobile home from ****************, this is a Legacy Housing dealership. Since the very first time we saw the home we ask about the A/C condenser, they said they have it in a storage unit. After waiting to long to sign the contract we finally got the home and delivered in the mid February, I asked again about the unit and the seller told me that it would be installed as soon as I could get electricity in the house. We are been living in the house fir 2 months now and still dont get the unit, hot days are very uncomfortable and stressing. After many attempts to talk to the dealership staff, I couldn't get anybody calling me or texting me back, I was just ignored. I tried to get help from corporate and at first they seemed to help me, but then after a few e mails, they just said that it was a dealership issue and they couldn't help me.After more attempts, I got a text from the owner of the dealership and said that a technician would come to the house, but that never happened, the owner said that he would pick up the unit and schedule a technician, but still don't happened. I would like to have this matter resolved, so my family can sleep well on hot days.Business response

We have had no involvement with any party to this transaction.Please redirect the complaint to the correct company.
