      If I could rate them 0 stars that's exactly what i would do. ***** CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! I cannot stress this enough. Ive been paying for 3 years and they havent reported a single payment to any credit bureau. The payment has always been the same. They charge 4 dollars a day in interest regardless of how much you owe on the principal. It's an absolute scam.

      Moved to a new state, needed to register my car, Innovate ignored the requiest for the lien title, I called, thought it was handled but the representative never sent over the title to the county tax assessor. Now I've been trying to talk to someone to get it resolved and can't get through, I'm put on Hold for hours, or I get a vm recording that hangs up. I have spoken to **** and get nothing but attitude and no assistance. I can't get my taxes paid and I'm racking up late fees!! This company is horrible and has NO customer service!!!

      I have been using this company for my car loan for two years. Today I tried to check my account to find out what my balance is and I can't get to my account through the website. WHO AM I PAYING now that I've read they don't exist?!?

      Horrible service , recently read they filed bankruptcy in June as a customer we should have been notified I thought ? Who and where are our payments going too?

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is the WORST to get an auto loan from. I have had my auto loan thru them for the past 2 and a half years and they have not reported anything to any bureau. I have repeatedly asked them why they wont report and first they used to say they are merging with a bank and they will report after the process is done but that merge is a lie and has not happened for the past two and half years. The customer service never has an answer for any questions. There is apparently only one manager who never wants to get on the call. He is always busy with some meeting and just doesnt care. He said once they are not responsible for reporting anything to the bureaus and are not required by law to report either. Apparently the bank in the back is ********* and there is no way to contact them. I dont have the patience to deal with their lies anymore. I will be going to consumer affairs with this. They need to be held accountable.

      If I could give them o stars I would. I have been paying my loan for almost three years never missed a payment come to find out they are not reporting my payments to the credit agencies

      My car payment comes out automatically every month. I also receive an email telling me they are taking the payment. I have had this loan for about 3 years now. This month they did not take out the car payment nor did I receive an email. I spoke to ****** today and he said they had a "glitch" in their system. Well, it's not MY fault. I told him it was their fault. **** told me that in order to make the payment I had to either do it over the phone or online, and either way they had to charge me a FEE for doing it. I said I shouldn't be charged a fee. I didn't do anything wrong. It's your company that had the problem. He told me there was nothing they could do about it. The fee was either $5.00 on the phone for him to process the payment or $3 something online if I did it online. That is totally ridiculous. In plain English, it is bull****! They shouldn't be charging customers fees for their mistake or "glitch".

      I have been paying on my car loan for years through Innovate Loan Servicing and my amount owed has not decreased by very much at all. 5his is not adding up. I have called, emailed multiple time for them to send me statements and copies of my payments and they will not send either one. Please don't use them.

      THIS IS THE WORST AUTO FINANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER WENT THROUGH .THEY DONT SEND STATEMENT CANNOT CONTACT THEM TO PAY OFF AUTO LOAN NOT ANSWERING PHONE.IN FUTURE I WILL NOT TAKE LOAN FROM THEM WORST WORST EVER SEEN RIPPING OFF PEOPLE

      I purchased my vehicle in 2022 got my loan with Innovate. The dealership issued me a temp tag and the last temp tag I got was **** of 2022. Since then I am unable to get a tag for my car. Apparently when Innovate purchased the loan from Pagayo they never got the title to the vehicle. The title is under the previous owner and they cant get the title for me to get my tag. I have been calling for the past 2 years and Innovate makes promises they cannot keep they never can fix this issue. Meanwhile if I am late on the payment they are quick to threaten me with taking the car. I spoke to ******, **** and the most rudest person **** he is known for hanging up on you while youre speaking. I asked them to refund my money I have already paid in this vehicle and they cant do that. I asked them to give me a compatible car with a title and they cant do that. They have lied to me saying everything is fixed go to the *** and get your tag upon getting there *** states this vehicle is registered under someone elses name and they cant issue me a tag. I dont know what type of FRAUD innovate is doing but I am warning everyone out there DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INNOVATE!! It is **** 19,2024 and they still have not fixed the problem.
