Took in jeep for loud noise and slipping on take off. They replaced a cv joint and said it was ready. Drove out and drove it a few hundred feet before turning back. Went straight back to advisor and told them it was not fixed at all. His reply was I needed new tires. I knew better and took it to two other shops and they both said it was my front differential that was totally shot. If this shop doesnt know the difference between bad tires and a bad differential, its not somewhere you want to take your vehicle. I give them a -5 stars. By the way I did replace the tires which even made it worse.Review from Kameron K

They attempted to extort me for services that were not completed or even done on my car to the tune of almost $1000.00 dollars. They even ripped of a startup 3d printing company of over $2200.00. One of the worst companies to work for or have repairs done. Countless times over the past 10 months I've seen them charge customers for repairs and never even did the work.. sad so many such cases.Review from Deborah C

I sold my vehicle to Ray a year ago. I have been to the shop 3 times to request that he get the tags changed along with registering the toll tags under his name or whoever in his family is driving the vehicle. Everytime I have requested that he be a responsible driver, cash is offered to pay the bill. I explained it is a liability issue with the vehicle still being tied to me. This last time I felt that he would do the right thing, but he hasn't. Received another notice that the toll bill is going to collections and my current vehicle could be booted. I hate I sold the vehicle to him. I thought he was a responsible business owner.
