    I have been living at these apartments since April and have been on time with rent every month since I have been here, they have no fixed anything in my apartment. I have sent out many maintenance requests. We are always without hot water , there is a rat and ***** infestation and they do nothing about it. Ive called, sent emails and they never get back to me. *** even asked when we will have hot water and why do they keep turning it off. Have yet to answer.

Move in date to villas de sonoma (3-28-22)2.verbally told felina about my a/c (4-5-22)3.maintenance started they fixed it (5-9-22)4.reported plumbing and bathroom (6-26-22)5.shooting accord at my building was not home(6-28-22)6.demanded me to move out of dwelling without returning of any of my funds due to damages(6-30-22) 7.called code compliance about a/c(7-12-22)8.maintance fixed it (7-14-22)9.toilet marked as resolve online but not yet fixed.(8-5-22)10.reported repairs for windows,toilet,tub,bullet holes,windows again, mold in bathroom and living room celing due to tub and toilet being stopped up sunce lights went out(9-11-22)11.reported to code compliance once again.(9-13-22)12.code compliance came out and took pictures (9-15-22)my apartments is in code violation ****** you have the right to demand that the landlord repair any conditions that materially affects your physical health or safety,also code chapter92 subchapter f the landlord must also provide smoke detectors which mines and hall way do not work my kids room doesn't even have one.i was here for I was here for 9 days with no a/c at the beginning of my lease my office staff with black hair stated that I couldn't get my money back of I just up and moved

    When resident moved window and smoke dector werenot missing . The window are now broken to to an incident *********** had in her unit where some one shot up the apart. Yes *********** was asked to move due to the the incident . it was dangering of other residents. per her lease . And no she would recieve any money back due to the type of incident . Code was call and reapired are in the process of getting reapired .

    6/3 came to property with interest of leasing a unit 6/4 me and fianc came and did a $300 application; told us to call 6/9 for application status 6/9 called and asked for status was told i would get a call back(never did)I called later that evening and was told we were approved and all they had to do was clean the carpet and we could move in sat 6/11 6/10 called and asked for update on deposit never received call back 6/11 called and said i was the only one approved then changed and both were; paid $1820 in total to move in; came back to finish paperwork and to move in and nothing was finished like promised. We were told to come back Mon 6/13 6/13 came to move in and fridge and oven wasn't there and carpet was still wet; i asked to speak with manger, when she finally came she was really rude and told us to take it or leave it. well at that time we were homeless so if we would've of left it we would of been out of $300 and no where to go. We felt that we were forced to move into a unit with broken promises.6/14 first night I stayed with no A/C and someone tried to break in, that following day I told the apartments what happened and expressed my concern about unsteady patio door(still hasn't been fixed)6/16 A/c went out and oven t' work 6/17 notified apartments 6/20 called and asked about update on oven and A/C; was told oven would be here 06/21 6/23 hallway flooded from water heater 6/24 notified office about water heater and update on oven 6/26 second bedroom carpet soaked 6/27 notified apts. about carpet and hole in wall from mold(hasn' been taken care of)6/28 someone shot my building up; notified apartments; ******************************* told me to write email about concerns that still haven' been resolved.07/08 Finally brought new oven The last week of July my neighbors across the hall moved out, they immediately started to work on that unit. Its very nice and looks like the $1820 I paid to move in.8/11 i expressed my concerns to employee and now I'm getting runaround
