I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Around five years ago, we hired them to replace our entire roof system and re-coat our metal mansards. Unfortunately, we've had numerous leaks since then, and the re-coating started peeling off in the summer of 2022. We brought in another roofer and painter who identified multiple defects in their work.We've been trying to get them to address these issues since last May, but their response has been extremely slow and unhelpful. They seem to only be prompt in communication when it's time for payment. Otherwise, they neglect your requests. I strongly advise against using this company, especially for insurance claim-related work.We're now considering reporting and filing these issues to the relevant governing authorities including further actions.Review from Melissa M

Valley Ridge Roofing did a great job on roof and gutter replacement. They were helpful and responsive to all my concerns. The prep work to protect my house, plants and pool was awesome! They will do my work again for sure! I strongly recommend them to anyone in need! Excellent work with communication and working with my Nationwide Insurance company!Review from John C

They helped me file an insurance claim that paid for the new roof and gutters! Got the wrong color for the chimney cap but replaced it almost immediately.
