      Run! Don't use this company if you have a choice. Have been over charged by over $2000 in 2024. They billed for shipments they didn't even send. On hold for 1 hr 45 minutes to talk to billing department then got a message that they were closed. Watch your credit card bills and your insurance statements closely. I would give -5 stars if I could.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. CCS Medical charged me in December 2024 for an order that was processed for January 2025. Instead of billing the correct amount, they charged my entire 2025 deductible. When I contacted them, they claimed it was due to a "system error" caused by using their online ordering. As of February 24, 2025, they still owe me over $2,500. ***** this company at all costs!

      Wish I could give 0 stars.Once again I am going to spend hours on hold and fighting to get supplies shipped. Every other shipment is a nightmare- 3-4 hours on the phone, getting disconnected when transferred, multiple calls to the *********** and them sending paperwork multiple times. For a medical supply company, there seems to be no understanding of medical necessity and extremely poor communication. Additionally, I requested a receipt for last year's copay payment and never received it.

      ******** customer service. Supplies are always late. No follow-up. **************** will hang up on you. This company works with life sustaining medical supplies there is always an issue.

      I ordered supplies, had a problem with billing, I got in touch with my Humana **** she called ccs medical. Was told my last order was paid and I even had a $29 credit. So I personally called ccs medical and was told ,yes **** your last shipment was paid and you have a credit to add to your next order. Months later I got a bill for $88, I called ccs medical and asked what this was for, its what you owe, *** it cant be, I had a credit, we added your credit and it brought it down to $88. If I owe how did I have a credit, I dont know, you need to pay the balance. If I had a credit this means I overpaid and had a credit. *** all I know is you have a balance. Never could get this solved. So I dont and will never use this company again.

      Terrible to deal with.When originally getting approved, I had to be on phone 3 times with approx 1 hour wait each time. Later after approved, answering waits were OK... as long as not calling Billing.Their original script was for 1 full year ending 1/25/2025 [my Medical Provider, ************ provider and originall *** originally agreed that was the ending date. However *** later said the script exp'd 3 months early [despite all others stated it did not exp until 1/25/25; and CCS nevertheless sent a supply after their so called chg'd exp date, then req'd me to return it, and yet AFTER they rec'd it back, my insurance co said *** still later billed my insurance for it; ... I could write a book of what I'm leaving out. It's worse than that.

      One horrible company. They ship late and will not listen. Phone agent would not transfer me to a manager, then hung up on me And I was being polite, not arguing with her. I have no other way to get my supplies!

      Be careful dealing with this company as they have grown with an "I DONT CARE ATTITUDE!!" + DON'T DON'T DON'T use their website to order as causes delays without notifications of why. I have been dealing with this company for years and my last order I placed August 22. It was to be shipped out September 13 & it's now September 18 with no notification of my order status. I have not heard from them at all; no emails, texts or phone calls, so I called them. My order was delayed first by one reason & when told them you already that info so they checked & said yes I was right. Then, they gave me 2 more reasons & again had to correct them on their info. Watch, watch, watch them closely or you may never get the medical supplies you want or really need. It's a shame such a good company has gone downhill but i guess condensing to save money and gain profit comes before their customers, who are patients needing their ********************** supplies.

      I have been using this company for my CGM supplies for a number of years and in the past at least was able to speak to someone in the billing department for a statement of my copays and got these within a few days but this year I can't get to speak to the billing area at all.I have been calling and emailing for a week now to try to get this expedited but have been on hold for at least half an hour and the callbot tells me it will be a forty minute hold. They have a website but all you can see on it is an upcoming order and why in the world don't they provide historical statement info so I can just download this??? Bad news but I have to use them and wish I had an alternative. They have also prompted me to make a payment even though I have an arrangement for monthly deductions from my bank. If they have so much business that the customer is put on hold for this long; they need to give some people some jobs and staff up instead of just pulling profits.

      TERRIBLE company to deal with!!Save yourself lots of headaches and lost time dealing with CCS.They erroneously bill copayments when there are none. Good luck getting a refund!One hour wait times when you call them.Each person you speak with gives you a different answer.Stay clear of CCS!!
