    First, when I was trying my dress, the agent didnt leave the space and made me get naked while she was in the space, which made me extremely uncomfortable. She first said that ***** have her back facing me. But as I was trying on other dresses she was moving to my sides, by the end, she moved in front of me when I was barely putting on a dress (I didnt have anything underneath). Im traumatized as Im a shy person and I feel harassed. Please check the cameras for proof that the agent did not leave the space I had to be naked in. Secondly, this place is completely dishonest about their pricing! We have called them for a specific dress and were told its 1895$, my fiance then emailed them about it, once again, they stated it was 1895$. So far we have never mentioned anything about buying a dress off the rack since we did not know anything about how bridal dresses/shops work (they didnt know the wedding date either so far), so this was not an off the rack price they gave us. Now comes my appointment (now I have been to 2 other places and knew I needed an off the rack one since my wedding was so soon) when I asked for the price of that specific dress they said it was 2200$-2300$. I was told that the off the rack dresses were 15% off, and in instances the agent looked at me and said that dress is brand new we just got it when it was full of foundation/sweat, and wrinkles! I then saw a same exact pair of earrings priced 68$ in one section and 25$ in another. I decided to leave a review to share my personal experience. ***** ****, the owner then called me, she HARASSED me over the phone, then THREATENED my fiance over email. Said she will also delete the ****** review and get lawyers involved. She has never tried to explain any miscommunications or apologize, instead she harassed us! After reading more reviews of her shop, the history point that her prices have been known to be deceptive. Please check reviews, Ill be happy to provide emails as well as proof.
