I had an absolutely dreadful experience with what I would describe as the most incompetent company I've ever encountered. I engaged them to handle the shipment of two boxes to ******, and here's why it was such a nightmare:Initially, the scheduled pick-up didn't occur as planned. Instead, ***** was directed to the wrong address, necessitating a correction on my part. Even after that, it took several days for them to finally collect the boxes.Throughout the entire transaction, I attempted to communicate with *********************, who was supposedly responsible for overseeing everything with the company. However, despite paying the invoice, I never received responses to any of my emails or managed to reach him via phone.Upon the boxes' arrival in ******, there was an unexpected demand from ***** for an additional delivery fee, which had never been communicated to me by SFL when I initially hired their services.Overall, this entire ordeal has left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated with their lack of professionalism and transparency.Review from Govardhana R

Im moving from *** to ***** and I chose SFL after watching about their services from ******** Mr. ************ was handling my case and he was really helpful. He is quick in replying my quarries. ZERO STARS! I wish I would have read reviews before using this company. It was referred to by ****************. It has been 4 months now and I have yet to receive my shipment for *** to ********. Terrible communication.the dont answer calls nor responds to emails. They only contact u when they feel like it weeks laters. Ive been given 6 false dates already. Never any contact on that day nor do they answer the phone on that day. Very disappointing. Ive been having hardship over it since I can not access my important documents and valuables for work ***************** Ive been living out of 1 suitcase for 6 months as i repatriated from overseas. This has caused emotional distress. I hate that I referred them to a friend. Now i have to live with the guilt that they will soon deal with this terrible service.Review from Allen P

If I could give less than one star, I would. The worst shipping experience I have ever had. * Poor communication - Lack of tracking and notification of status of shipment. * Stalls in Delivery - Invoice of inspection presented to customer AFTER all pickup timelines are exceeded, incurring additional penalties/storage fees passed on to the me (customer). * Unachievable payment processes. Payment required through an App that cannot accept payment, delaying payment, thus incurring additional storage fees passed on to me (customer). * Unprofessional representatives - If you have grievances with a representative, your POC for lodging those grievances is the very same representative. Then the representative becomes adversarial/hostile. * Inadequate/unqualified delivery staff - I (customer) had to hire additional personnel to unload my vehicles at delivery, or the delivery would not happen. * Contract changes at the 11th hour - 2 weeks after my property was received by SFL Worldwide, they submitted an amended contract and scope of work for me to sign before they would schedule delivery. Holding my property hostage until the amended contract is signed. Incurring additional "storage fees" that are passed on to me (customer). * Additional costs to the customer - Each delay that has been due to SFL failures, has incurred penalties/storage fees that have been passed on to me (customer). * No quality control/quality assurance - Customer Complaints/Grievances are not addressed by upper management. Emails sent, not answered. Calls go straight to voicemail, not answered. Summary: The service provided is poor. Communication is terrible. Late notification of additional fees. The customer is forced to pay for the shippers' failures (storage delays). Contracts are changed by the shipper after they have your property. No quality control, Management does not intercede to address Customer Complaints.SFL Worldwide Response
