      We had Dalworth come in to clean our ducts after we bought our home. We were grateful we did once we realized they had a pet in their home and he found mold in our ductwork. Great rate and quick scheduling.

      Zero stars. I didn't want to leave any stars, but it made me. I had Dalworth come to clean a few small spots on my family room carpet. After it dried, there were several large brown spots where there hadn't been anything before. They called it "wicking" and sent someone back out to clean those spots. When those dried, there were brown spots in other areas! The guy who came back out said that he had used too much cleaner and that's what made the brown spots. He cleaned it thoroughly and rinsed it and said that should be it. When it dried, they were still there, only worse. So, on the FOURTH visit, a manager, Robert came along with a service tech. He explained that using too much cleaner could mess up the ph balance, etc. He put on a poultice of DE and said that it would take 2 days for it to dry and they were to come back today to vacuum it up and make sure that it was clean. They were a no-show. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule. When I called yesterday, they said I wasn't on the schedule, but they added me, supposedly. They were supposed to be here between 1 & 3 today, as I have a party at my house at 5! Now they say they'll be here at 4:30. I'm not sure I believe it, and even so, it's way too late. I will NEVER EVER use Dalworth again! My carpet looks so much worse than it did when I started. I may have to replace my carpet, which is only about 3 years old and WAS beautiful.

      Email to the owner with no reply from him. Do not do business with this company ever! Dear **************,I'm writing you in regards to the recent cleaning of my 8x10 area rug. We had our rug picked up on August 13 for a cleaning. During pick up, the drivers rolled out my rug in the hallway, inspected it for any flaws (they acknowledged none were found), and took one photo of the rug, before rolling it back up, and hauling it away. Today, our rug was returned to us this afternoon. Visibly, there was not much difference in the state of the rug from when it was picked up, besides spots that appeared to have been spot cleaned, however, there was a new 3 inch cut in the edge of the rug, near the placement of a tag with my name. The drivers, ***** and ******** both acknowledged that the rug was not clean and the cut of the rug, followed by taking pictures for their documentation. ******* called in to speak with *******************************, who was unavailable at that time. I declined to have the rug taken back in for fear of further damage. At 3:40 PM, two hours after my rug was returned, I received a call from ******************************* regarding the cleanliness and the cut in my rug. She told me that there were multiple photos, from when the rug was picked up, that showed the rug was damaged, and could prove that it had been cleaned. I asked her to send me the photos taken at pick up, including the photo of the cut. I informed her that the men who picked up the rug took one photo, and that ***** and ******* showed me the one photo, so I was very interested in seeing these additional photos. When I asked her to send me these new photos and to speak with her manager, she hung up. The call lasted 2 minutes and 12 seconds.I called back immediately and asked to speak with *********** manager. I was placed on the phone with *************** service), who instead of trying to resolve my issue, he tried to badger me into paying the invoice. He referenced the multiple photos taken, I asked him to send them to me, and he agreed to send them. At this time, I still do not have the photos. We wanted to make you aware of this experience, our first experience with your company. Unfortunately, we cannot make the recommendation to our family and friends to use your services. At this time, I could still insist to be compensated for the damage done to my rug, and I'm hoping that a response from you could resolve this issue.
