Bought a vehicle on July 2nd 2022. It has been 4 months since the purchase and I still do not have the title, tags or registration. When the original temp tags were about to expire, I addressed it with the dealer he said "still waiting on the **** and printed a new fraudulent temp tag that stated "title rejected and registration invalid". When the 2nd temp tag was set to expire, I brought it up again and he said that it was rejected again for another reason. So, he printed another fraudulent temp tag and said I could return the car. I agreed that I would return the car since he could not transfer ownership, but that it would be a few days due to work schedule, a week later I attempted to return the car and he refused allow me to return the car. He sold me a car that he cannot transfer over to me, he's refusing to refund me, and has me breaking law by driving around in a car that has fraudulent tags.Business response

The problem was that the title got rejected twice by dmv. Customer was aware of situation and agreed to wait. When customer didnt want to wait any more I agreed to a refund, until he brought back the vehicle but vehicle was accident damaged so I couldnt accept it back. Customer was never driving with fraudulent tags, temporarily tags were from dmv. I just got title of vehicle today and will transfer vehicle on Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience!
