  ' January 2019 ' $20280.28 ' (1) Find all leeks on house that are damaging, garage, living room, and 3 bed rooms. Pull up flat roof and sky lights than redo, repair, replace flat roof and skylights. (2) Find leeks in garage, prevent further leaking and damage by repair any associated leeks in to garage. Remove all damaged drywall, instillation, mold and other associated water damage. Repair and replace damaged areas. (DK roofing stated that garage damage due to flat roof not tile roof said reason for repairing garage. The only time that DK came out to follow up our complaint stated garage is a tile roof problem never to return. Than why did the do repairs?? the same places still leaked after they finished, first rain ruined garage. and many personal and professional items that are now lost.)' The dispute is that DK roofing has been contacted since February 2019 when rain first hit. 1 month after roof installation, my home and garage started leaking. My wife and I have contacted DK and were assured they would resolve any problem due to we have a warranty. This has never been the case. DK has been contacted by phone call, text, ********* Each communication DK replied to, they NEVER follow up or reply or showed up. Many of our attempts included photos and description of severity. If would have came our Livingroom would not have water running into my electrical socket and bubbling the paint in area they re did and roof they replaced. My garage would not have sheetrock falling and sagging from ceiling and walls. Would not have rotting with mold on wooden frames around garage doors and more. Contacted my insurance company Farmers to report deceptive practices and they called DK who actually answered and were told DK is now coming 26 Oct 2022 11am and we should know DK has been in contact with us the whole time. Does this mean they knew the whole time but chose to let our home be destroyed?? ( call with Farmers 24 October 2022 around 4:45pm.' DK Roofing has not tried to

  Upon review of our records, we provided work for them  back in 2016 not 2019, however, we never replaced  the tile roof over the garage. The homeowners hired someone else to do that work for him.  

  The owner and a worker have gone several times to review the roof and spoken directly with with wife, (the husband is never been present at the times we have gone.  Each and ever time, she has advise us that the issue is with the garage and not work we have done.  Since that is the case, then we have no reason to provide any further assistance.  

  Regardless, we provided a full roof maintenance  seal was done at no cost to the customer (approx costs is from $800-$1200).    The homeowner had solar panels installed afterwards which voids our warranty and we have no obligation thereafter.  All complains are of the garage roof leaking which we do not or have any invoice of us providing any repairs too. When DK went this past month, the wife was so nice, she even offered to give the owner and his brother a grill or a fryer as thanks for coming out to inspect the roof.  Unfortunately we can not warranty any work not done by our company.

  I have been trying to communicate with you all at the BBB. The links have not worked, and emails get returned with no delivery. Im guessing this is why we have not resolved. I am not sure what to send you all to settle this clime.  We have attempted for 3 years to resolve this and are fixing to file a Deceptive Trade Act complaint with the ************** ************************ and will be including the correspondence from BBB.

  No where in warranty does it state solar violates the warranty and roof has been leaking before we installed solar and does not leak in any of the solar upgrade areas. As stated in the complaint DK roofing replaced the flat roof and repaired our home in 3 bedrooms and our Livingroom and massive mold removal and resheet rocking and painting of garage due to roofers stating tile roof is not leaking it is the flat roof. my garage and Livingroom has leaked every rain since they replaced and repaired the roof. Failure to repair the problems even after coming out to finally look at damage and assuring us that they have people coming to fix leak and repair home and garage damage and not doing  is not any fault of ours. This is not resolved.

  This company replaced my roof September 2021, my insurance company paid around $22000 for the entire roof. I contacted the company in January because there were signs of moisture in my daughter's bedroom (one of the original leaks), I was told that they would come out, but they never did. Then once the monsoon season started around June, my roof started leaking again, I sent them a text but there was no reply. I called and they never picked up my call. Then I contacted the city to let them know what was happening and I was told that a final inspection was never done and that they would contact the company. That afternoon the owner came to my house and gave me all sorts of excuses of why he did not answer my calls, and then he said that he was going to take care of it. I did not see him again. Then on August ******************************************************************************************* know if they were going to fix it or if I should seek a different route. The company replied stating that they were going to take care of it. On August 12 I received a text message that the workers were in my house fixing the leaks, nobody was home so I could not verify it. Then August 18 we had heavy rain, and we had a new leak and the same old leak again. I contacted the company again and then I was told that it was the stucco not the roof, even though there was a new leak in my back patio away from the wall. The company told me that they would come out and fix it, but they have not done anything to this moment. I have not heard from them. It got so bad that my husband and I had to put tarps on the leaky parts of the roof to avoid any more damage. I just want my roof fixed; I should not have to worry about it when it has not even been a year since the roof was replaced.

  This company owned by *********************** gave us a quote got the checks from insurance never came to fix our roof which is leaking and never answers our calls
