This business was very quick to come and install the unit after i paid the company never came back to finalize the installation, the unit is not working properly, i call the company many time because the unit is still under warranty. After many calls and found the owner doesn't want to answered me. He never came back to fix my unit. I hope the BBB can reach the company and the company finalized the job and fix my a/c.Initial Complaint

I contracted ******** from Ski Heating and Air in July 2021 to upgrade my swamp cooler to a refrigerated air unit. At the time of purchase, ******** offered me a 5 year warranty on the labor and 10 years on unit and compressor. Once the new unit was installed and paid for, Ski's receipt said it had a 2 year warranty. I called him and asked him to correct that and he said he would. I also have this in form of a text message. Time passed by and he never sent the correct receipt. In late October 2021 the unit stopped working, the air doesn't turn on and neither does the heater. I have called ******** several times and he has said he would be out to fix the unit on at least three occasions. He has not shown up or called to reschedule. It is now November 11, 2021 and ******** does not answer my calls to his cell phone or his office. The nights are clearly in the 40s now and the heater is not working. My house is rented out and the tenants, who have very young children, are without a heater at the moment. If ******** and Ski Heating and Cooling do not correct this issue in a timely manner and submit the correct Warranty info, I will contract a company to fix the unit and expect that he pay for that and any other issues for the remainder of the warranty.Initial Complaint

Good morning when we start the work I told **************** to give us little time to pass inspection we had a lot of work and I was short of people and she agreed. I even gave a super special price because we know from long time and that's what happens when we try to be nice person. I already contacted **************** to resolve problem by this week.
