I had my vehicle serviced two weeks ago and the service I received was great. My car was fixed quickly and so far the problem has not come back. So for customer service I have to give 5 starts to this dealership, even when I have only needed service once.However, I cannot give 5 starts to Casa Kia as a dealership because I still remember how stressful the buying process was. It was very hard to get a fair price and the sales manager gave me some attitude and was a bit unprofessional. They also tried to make some extra dollars by trying to sell me an overpriced ************** When I noticed they immediately deducted $500 to it! Dealerships need to consider that customers remember when we are treated nicely, but we also remember the unpleasant experiences and customers dont have to be loyal to a dealership that does not care about them. The only reason I got my car that day was because the salesman (************) was a gentleman and he treated me with the same respect I treated him.Another thing I dont like is that they constantly send you texts asking to buy your current car but those internet sales people dont even introduce themselves. I believe this is a very predatory and opportunistic tactic that should be evaluated because in my case only serves to push me away from buying a car from them again.The other day I received a text from them telling me they had a promotion in which they were selling the car at MSRP with no dealer markups like if paying MSRP for a car is a good deal! I replied that they could text me if they had a real deal and they did not text back. So, 5 stars because they gave me a great service when I needed warranty work done.But 3 stars to the dealership because the buying process was very frustrating.
