A cap and gown was ordered and then was advised the items may not be arrive in time. Asked for order to be canceled, was told it could not be canceled even though their order form states cancelations can be made within 72 hours. Have now spoken with 3 separate employees, each stating something different. Employee stated that if time sensitive items did not arrive by 29 NOV 2022, a refund would be issued. Items did not arrive by date promised. 5 DEC 2022, store states the items have arrived and to pick them up even though replacements were purchased elsewhere since they did not make the date theyBusiness response

I went on February 22 to order a cap and gown along some announcements. We are now 3 days away from graduation with no announcements or cap and gown. We have called and gone numerous times only to be told to wait for a text from them. One man told me it was on back order, then 2 weeks later they tell us theyre getting shipments every day so to be patient.The staff is very rude and condescending.Initial Complaint

Transaction was 9-17-21. We purchased my daughter graduation set. Invitations, class ring and jacket. We paid close to 1000dollars for this. We received the ring we were told invitations would arrive to school and jacket would arrive the beginning of January. We placed our order before some her classmates so she could get her jacket. We called and apparently they lost the paperwork for it. The placed the order again and they said they were going to expedite it and nothing yet. They wanted us to pay the remaining balance of 60 dollars. I told them I wouldnt pay it until we received our order. My wife and I have been calling every week and they keep telling us the same that it should be coming in. When we were told it should be there this week. I have them until today Friday the 11th and I got the same answer. That its coming in. We have requested a refund and they told us no. When I call to complain to them they just end up hanging up. What can I do? By the time my daughter gets her jacket she wont have a need for it. This was supposed to be memorable for her but its just been a nightmare with this company. My daughter asked her friends that ordered it after her and most of them have received it. As far as we know 3 other young ladies havent received it and are being told the same story. Please help me resolve this quick and if you have any questions please dont hesitate to call me if you have any questions. No matter the time.Initial Complaint

I ordered a cap, gown and tassel for my child's graduation on May 20, 2021. I received a confirmation of my purchase, but no further information regarding the shipping/arrival date. I cannot reach a representative for our area as according to the website, we don't have one. I called the number for contacting them. The option for *********** kids simply refers one to the *** and then says, "Thanks for calling." and hangs up. I would like my child's cap, gown and tassel delivery information and ultimately the product delivered.Business response
