      I purchased the couch December of 2019 with extended 3 year warranty in September noticed it started to fade household furniture said it was wear and tear how when it is hardly used and the rest of it is in excellent shape put blankets on seating area the whole time Ive owned it to keep it in good shape thats what they said two weeks later one of the seating area at the seam let go and it ripped I get ahold of them they say ok they will fix its covered while Im waiting for them to pick up couch another seam let go and both pieces the more you sat on them the more they ripped to the point I couldnt let anybody sit on them they first say rips are covered then give me a hard time but eventually take the 3 pieces they bring the 3 pieces back and they glued the couch they did not repair they glued who is going to want to sit on a couch with hard glue on it told driver he took pictures called spoke to manger she says it was a wear and tear issue no you would not have fixed it if it was said she would talk to owner and get back to me had I known they were going to glue it I would of said no they didnt even give me the option to say no its my couch all paid for they said they would fix and they glued it its so bad theres hard spots on the couch the wedge seam also let go that they did fix but one of the pieces that I told them the seam let go they didnt even fix seam they just glued it and called it fixed frustrating experience for the money I spent and the fact that accidental rips or tears are at their discretion so if they think it wasnt accidental they say no or glue your furniture not sure what falls under accidental also pretty confused how seams letting go is covered with the wedge but not the other 2 pieces also confused as to why they would say its wear and tear on one hand then on the other hand say it was covered then go and glue it didnt attempt to fix it correctly a business and they glued seating to a couch back together not a leg seating area

      June 8, 2021 chose to buy a sofa, chair and ottoman for $2,164.97. The display was perfect. I understood it would take months before I got the furniture because of covid. When I received the sofa the nail heads were dented and the sofa looked poorly made. Staples were coming off of it. The fabric was lumpy. I don't think they used the same materials as the display or description. I made a complaint and they had someone come fix it. But they didn't do a good job. The nail heads were still crooked. Months later I received the chair and ottoman which had a hole on the bottom. The nail heads were crooked and dented and scratched they took it to get fixed and it was still lumpy and dented nail heads. So I complained again. They kept saying I can't exchange it and that they only repair it. But when they try to repair it, it looks the same. *********************************** feather sofa. Damaged merchandise and poor customer service. I'm paying alot for damaged furniture. And it's not right that the display is different from what you actually get. What else can I do because they have not helped me at all. I've tried explaining to them and taking pictures making claims, I feel cheated. I'm stuck paying for this furniture that I've scratched myself on because Staples come off of it. It's very hard and stiff still. Alot of time has passed by waiting to get it back after sending it out to get fixed when it comes back the same and it's exhausting.

      I have bough and paid for particualr artilces of furniture. At the time I was told that a particular piece of furniture the main coffee table would be delayed in delivery until March. Now I am being told that there is no date for this article to be delivered and in fact it has been discontinued. Since this table matched the end tables we need to replace them. Household furniture is saying they cannot or will not give us credit for any of these including the piece that has not been delivered. We consider this fraud if not theft. So we are stuck with end tables that wont get the matching coffee table and cant buy anything else because we cant get a refund. We would like a refund for all the tables with no restocking fee since it was Household furniture's mistake in selling items that were discontinued so we can purchase these somewhere else.

      The issue lies in the fact that I paid for insurance For my dining table, that includes its chairs. I was denied my insurance over the fact that my chair has more than 1 stain and the insurance claims they can only help with 1 stain. It makes no sense that having a toddler I would allow him to only make 1 stain when he spills his whole plate. Its not humanly possible, that during an accidental spill, that only 1 stain be made when its a bowl, held by a toddler. This company lied about their insurance coverage, lied about their practice and basically sold me something that I cant make use of for the entire purchase like they FALSELY claimed during the purchase. False advertising, lying to the customer and having an unprofessional response made it that much easier worse. In reference to their customer service manager, *****, she is rude, unprofessional, ill spoken, unkind and extremely unfit for her position. She cut me off while speaking to her on the phone while trying to address an issue with my insurance that was purchased to protect my several thousand dollar sale. She was far from being polite and was very incompetent in addressing my issue. Her lack of understanding (aside from the broken English she speaks and comprehends) is beyond unacceptable. Im appalled at the manner in which she addressed me, my issue with my dining chairs as well as how she brushed me off. Its shocking to see an employee act so unprofessional and uncooperative, ESPECIALLY in the field she specializes in. What a lousy sale practice!

      Regarding the complaint #********, Mrs **************** called in a service request on some dining room chairs that were stained. After receiving pictures of the chairs, it was determined that the damage was not caused by a single incident. The stains are the result of accumulation over  a period of time and normal tear.  This is not covered by the furniture care protection as shown in the furniture care brochure (Attached) where the exclusions are clearly stated. Any questions or additional information needed please let me know.

      On September 17th 2021 I sent a request for protection plan replacement/fix of my dining set that was no longer functional. I purchased a protection plan with household Furniture at the time I purchased my dining set two years ago. Protection plan covers the Furniture for 3 years. They told me to send photos which I did, the employee stated that they would contact me in 1-2 business days. This was back on September 17th. I reached out again last week and they told me they had the wrong number even though I provided them with my contact information. At this point I am seeking a refund for my set to purchase another one that's usable or full replacement with the same or similar set for the same price.

      En noviembre 21 del 2020, compre dos sillones love seat al precio de ***** en la mueblera Household furniture, con el nmero de factura *******. Uno de estos se lo han llevado a reparacin 6 veces en diciembre 2 veces, en enero 4 veces y febrero 1. No ha podido quedar bien, sino que cada vez lo dejan ***** A los sillones le falta relleno, se sienten las tablas, en uno de ellos se hizo oy entre el respaldo y asiento, un silln con otro no ensamblan bien y por ltimo no funciona el botn de uno de los reclinables. Se los quisieron volver a llevar, pero no lo permit **** de hablar con el gerente y este dejo dicho con mi hija que solo **** tres alternativas 1. dar crdito *********,2. reparacin(no ha quedado bien), 3. no fue claro. ******* diciendo que tendra junta con los dueos al da siguiente y me hara una llamada, esto fue los ltimos ******* y ya estamos a 23 ********. Mi preocupacin es que despus de un ao la mueblera no responde.
