Kee was wonderful. A true professional, honest, straight forward and didn't charge me because no repairs were needed. I called Ben ********************** Plumbing as I have always done for the past 40 years, this time because my water pipes had frozen. The person answering their afterhours number patiently explained needed steps to take until one of their techs could be dispatched. As it turned out, the tips worked. When *** arrived, he inspected everything and reassured me that there were no damages. Ben ********************** Plumbing will always be the company I turn to for help because they care about their customers and their technicians are highly skilled, true professionals.Review from Rick G

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great company for all your plumbing repairs. They recently repaired a leak for ** under the concrete in our parking lot.Everything was excellent from start to finish. Notified us each time the technician was on the way and the job was completed in a timely manner. Technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. Their warranties are the best in the industry. Give Benjamin Franklin Plumbing a try . You wont be disappointed.Review from Sue M
