On May 2, 2023, While completing the replacement of two hot water heaters they were draining our old units and left them unattended resulting water intrusion in the attic. The water seeped through the drywall and has caused staining in our kitchen ceiling. For the last 6 weeks I have been trying to get their insurance claim information for which the owner claims he has but he is having a hard time sending via email. When I contacted his insurance agent she refuses to provide any information to anyone but her client. We have had to pay over $1,250 for water mitigation to date and are awaiting repairs for the water staining.Business response

This is ************************* Responsible Master Plumber ***** master.. replacing an electric water heater .
The heater had accumulated a considerable amount of sediment and would not drain without pressurizing the tank the hose connection to the heater drain a developed a link and they're the backup meaning the pan the pan was also not not holding water the gasket was mashed out of place and what water leaked into the pan immediately escaped so the pond realizing this we immediately vacuum vacuumed up what water was available to to reach and minimum amount of water escape to the ceiling below and showed saturation or moisture lines at the said picture places the adjoining sheetrock seams and where cookie put patches had been made for moving light fixtures to the correct location. I have dealt with my insurance not handling this they have been paid they have been paid it up to date and haven't had a late payment duration of me having the insurance through TNT insurance I've left messages talk to them and the pictures were sent as a requested but they do not reply customer is not at fault or myself but currently I'm I'm in debate with my insurance why they haven't sent an adjuster there's no reason. ***********************
