    On 07/02/2024 I purchased (1) **************** Polonium-K SN: CSGK0465 from Bauer Precision. It arrived at my ***, ***********************, on ****** 15, 2024. I requested the *** send the suppressor back to Bauer Precision on 08/22/2024, which they did as is proven by the documents I've attached below. Bauer Precision has promised me a refund over the phone, via a gentleman named ******. As of this writing I have been unable to get in contact with anyone at Bauer Precision. My last contact with Bauer was on 12/29/2024. I spoke with ****** who promised me a call back with a resolution. I have yet to receive a refund as promised. This company has in its possession the suppressor I purchased and the $450.05 I spent to purchase it. This is theft at this point until they either deliver the item I purchased or refund me in full. Their online policy states refunds will be given for *** items minus 15%. At one time this would have been acceptable to me, but at this point I will not accept anything other than the full amount, or delivery of the suppressor. This company claims a dispute with ********** is holding up the process. I contacted my bank 01/13/2025 and spoke to the disputes department, who was able to verify the funds were returned to Bauer Precision on October 23, 2024. Any further delay or withholding of my refund and I will begin seeking actions that will require interest to be paid on the funds Bauer Precision is clearly wrongfully withholding. Attached below is the return ***** tracking number showing that this serialized item was returned from *********************** to Bauer Precision and signed for by CSTRICKLAND.

    The business contacted me via email shortly after doing this and decided to send me a check in the full amount they owed me.  It cleared today, so the situation has been resolved, however this is still a shady company and should be checked.

    Ordered an in stock suppressor, which requires a form 3 from the *** to transfer to another FFL/***. I need the form 3 filed in a timely manner, as Bauer Precision was given the information needed (correct FFL information, phone number, and email). I have called and left voicemails multiple times asking for a call back, because I knew they had not gotten the *** information from my FFL yet.Now today (3-28) they email me claiming they filed the paperwork for the wrong FFL in ********. Checking the *** registry of FFLs there is nothing close to that name, so I assume now I am being lied to and given the run around.I want confirmation that the can I ordered is in stock, and a CORRECT form 3 has been filed. I would like this in a timely manner, as we are already approaching the 1 month point from when I ordered this "in stock" item.

    December 11,2020. $3,915.00. I purchased a firearm almost two years ago. I have sent emails and left voicemails with no reply for quite awhile. I don't know what to do. I just want a refund at this point they are not a good company. I don't know how to send you my receipt this way.
