      I requested replacement of my front and back outside water faucets (which the invoice lists as "hose bids"). There was such a lack of communication, missed/rescheduled appointments, and no shows from date of request 11/8/2021 through 11/15/21 (refer to detailed communication log), and the work was never completed. However, the company invoiced me for $441.36 (invoice #7185) on 11/15/2021, even though the work has not been completed. And now, both front and back outside water faucets/hose bids leak (refer to pictures). I responded to the invoice email stating I was not going to pay the invoice since the work was left undone and both faucets leak. The back faucet replacement was defective and the plumber said he would need to get another one and replace the current replacement. This work still has not been completed, and there has been no communication from the office or plumber since Saturday 13, 2021. In other words, the business has not tried to resolve the problems. I would like Dad & Sons Plumbing to complete the work; however, I want a different plumber to complete the work than whom was originally assigned. I also want the bill reduced due to the time I had to be home and need to constantly communicate during this entire fiasco (refer to communication log).

      Business Response /* (1000, 21, 2022/02/03) */ When invoice was sent it had a later due date, because we were going to go back out there to replace a manufacturer defectived hose bibb which at the time was only one. We just sent it to her early so she was aware of cost once we were completed. Since she stated she did not want Cooper back out there. He is our Residential Tech in which the work is warrantied under. We do not mind replacing defective parts (which is not our fault, it was due to a manufacturer defect) Once job is completed with replacements and tested, the invoice will still need to be paid.
