I brought my jeep in for an oil change, was told water pump and oil valve cover needed to be replaced. The manager, Waco, gave me and estimate and told me because of my troubles, he would do everything for half of the estimate. After dropping my jeep off, three days later, I get a call that it is done and the price was ridiculous. It was not half of the estimate, not even close. I had to speak with the service guy, ****** twice about it. Finally transferred to the manager, Waco, and he said there was nothing he could do about taxes. Still, not half off like I was promised. The day I went in to drop off, they were all very nice to get my business, lied to me about prices. The day I have to pick up and pay, they could care less, were rude and disrespectful. Do not go here, business and customer service are horrible!

This place is awful. STAY AWAY. I have purchased two cars from this place and have nothing but problems. First car, I had to put over $2500 in repairs 30 days after I purchased it. Second car, they did not pay off my trade in until I went into the dealsership and made them pay off my previous loan. This delay is now effecting my credit score since they are delinquent in paying off the loan. Again, STAY AWAY!!!!

At 10K miles I had an engine light come on and was out of town. So i stopped into a dealership and they read the code told me it was ok to drive home. I drove back to ****** and went to the dealership I had just bought the truck from for repair, Denton Chrysler, Ram... They told me that the light had to be on. It had gone out that morning. I said a dealership did see the light and gave me a printout reflecting the codes. I was told that this dealership has to see it and i was shewed away. The light would come on and off. I could never get it in. Finely I managed to get the truck in and was told it will take many days to fix it. I told her thats ok ill take a loaner truck. She said it was out and we agreed she would call and set up a time for me to bring in my truck. I waited a month and no call. So today i go in and was told by ****** that *****, his boss, said we do not have loaner cars. I was told during this mess and when I bought my truck that they would give me a loaner truck if mine has maintenance. ****** said that they sold the company and they have new owners. They do not honor what I was told. I am not suprised. One time it took 2 days to get my oil changed. Plus they changed my oil another time without asking. I had just changed the oil and used top of the line oil and ******. Only got a few miles out of an oil change. Looks like they lie and cheat their customers. I will not say anything positive about this dealership and will never buy from them again.

Do not buy a new vehicle from this Dealership. I spent $85k for a brand new truck and after 4k miles check engine light came on. Extremely difficult to get an appointment for repairs and they make you wait weeks to get your vehicle back. You would think after spending $85k they would go out of their way to help you get your vehicle back. Not a chance as they dont have any loyalty to their customers.

Complete bunch of crooks. Chewed me up and spit me out along with my family. I test drove a vehicle with a prior pre existing condition and now I'm stuck with said vehicle or either costly repairs, thats not covered on the second hand warranty. When I was told it was a wheel balancing issue and nothing more. The negligence to refuse to acknowledge their mistake on selling me a non road or sell worthy vehicle and LITERALLY making me pay for their mistake. Don't know how this transaction to be truthful or legal if it isn't what I was told. I truly regret stepping foot into this place. Always hear of horror stories of dealerships but I never thought it would happen to me to this extent.
