    I placed an order for $110 worth of wallplates from wallplate warehouse on 1/22/24. Following the order I received an order confirmation email stating the "Please allow 1 to 5 business days for all orders to ship and we will notify you via email after it ships.". It's mid February and I have heard nothing since. I sent an email to customer support on 2/7, to which I have received no response. I've ensured no follow up emails were directed to spam folders or elsewhere. I've also tried to call their support line, but get routed to voicemail to setup a follow-up call, for which I've never received.Would like my order fulfilled or money re-imbursed.

    It took nearly three months for my full order of two (2) items to be delivered. I placed my order on December 13, 2023. I reached out on 12/28 and received a response that went to spam. I reached out again on 1/4 because I hadnt seen it and received an email that: We replied to your your first email on 12/29The manufacturer has notified us that these have fallen on backorder and are scheduled to arrive around 1/15. If you are willing to wait, your order will ship shortly after this date. We apologize for the delay on your order.I reached out on 1/25 as I hadnt received any additional information or shipping notices. I received a shipping notification for 1 piece of my order in 1/26, but no response to my email.On 1/29 I received this response: This item is late to arrive and is now expected to arrive around 2/15. If you are willing to wait, your order will ship shortly after this date. We apologize for the delay on your order. At that point, I expressed my frustration with the communication and timeline and requested a refund of shipping costs. I received an immediate reply that the refund of shipping costs wasnt possible.On 2/23, I received the shipping notice for my second item, and it was finally delivered on 3/3. By that point, I had already purchased replacements from another online retailer that arrived in less than a week.If I wouldnt have reached out to support, I would have had no idea that my order was delayed, and if I hadnt requested updates regularly, I wouldnt have received any. Totally ridiculous and an absolute waste of money and time. Im out the cost to Wallplate Warehouse and the cost of the replacements. To add insult to injury, today I received the How likely are you to recommend Wallplate Warehouse to a friend? survey email.
