Car salesman at the dealership knowingly emailed a bill of sale that had no legal barring to another individual with my now deceased mother and my personal information on it to an individual that then copied and pasted my signature off the document and used it for fraud and identity theft. The actions of the car salesman has caused myself and family money and has defamed my character. I have had to hire an attorney to litigate the fraudulent charges against me to get them off my record. Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/01/11) */ I would like to inform you that we just received this notice and this has been the only letter received, also that we have an open case with the DMV regarding this customer and same issue. We have submitted all requested documents to the DMV. Regarding this issue, our salesman gave a copy of the bill of sale to the deceased's husband, who was named head of the estate. There is no personal information other than public record on the bill of sale.
