I spoke with ***************** about the 2015 Mini ****** she purchase last year, September 7th, 2023 without any known issues in "Good Faith" and left the Dealership satisfied. We always attached a "Free CARFAX" Report to each vehicles on our website (www.ClassicCarSales.net) for customer's to review with opportunity for Pr-Purchase Inspection. We do inspect all our vehicles before purchase and we were not aware that the "Plastic Fender Liner" had issues that resulting in it falling off after Six Months. We do not purchase Vehicles that *** need 'Body Repair/Work" done to it and we do not do body works OR repairs. I apologized sincerely to ***************** about the unknown incident and she hung up the phone before getting to the end of our conversation. She gave us a "REVIEW" supporting her overall Experience: ***************** on ****** 4****09.18.2023 Had the car I wanted at a decent price. Salesman very helpful and filled up car with gas. Company called to share plates in mail. Praying car runs smoothly for the long run! It was our Pleasure serving and taking care of her buying needs in a very professional possible ways.Review from Phillip M

This company took advantage of a young man who had saved for a few years to purchase his first vehicle. The vehicle needed a laundry list of repairs after the owner of the dealership had said it was sound. The clutch exploded from the car on the 2 hour drive home from the dealership. The vehicle was sold without working headlights or front blinkers as well needing hubs,a clutch, transmission repair among others. The owner of the dealership was told as well as the mechanic under his employment after being looked over by a reputable mechanic and transmission shop that the car needed repair. They agreed to repair the items if I paid to have the car towed two hours back to their mechanic. There they were told of the issues. The dealership declined to pay for the transmission in which 3rd gear was going out as they were told this by a disinterested 3rd party transmission shop. Minor repairs were made but all major repair was left undone. My son drove the vehicle home and the next day the shifter assembly blew up in his hand and well as the transmission and drive shaft exploding in the road while he was driving away after stopping at a red light. The explosion of parts both inside and out side of the vehicle could have seriously injured those around the vehicle. The mechanic hired by the dealership agreed that had the repairs have been made that this issue would not have occurred. The dealership is refusing to pay for half of the damages. Terrible service and taking advantage of a kiddo.Classic Cars Sales Response

The Vehicle Purchased by the individual was in great working condition, the Clutch was fine without any issues. The Young man said I quote after our initial Test Drive before completing the transaction "This is going to be a Racing Vehicle" with all sorts modifications. I had a feeling the vehicle was going to be abused considering the way he left our Parking Lot on the eve he took delivery of the 2016 Ford Mustang with Manual 6 Speed Transmission. He damaged the Transmission within the first week of taking delivery, I received a phone call saying that the Transmission was damaged OR exploded and not drive-able. I was kind enough to help by asking him to take the vehicle to a mechanic of his choice OR take it to a Clutch and Transmission Specialist ********* and ***** in Garland, Texas). The repair cost was about $2000, I paid the Mechanic for both parts and repair which included all that was indicated as a request even though the Vehicle had no "Warranty, but Sold As Is" without any Implied OR Applicable Warranty. He took Delivery of the Vehicle after the Mechanic completed the repairs and paid for by the Dealership in full. I received another phone call few weeks later saying that the Transmission Clutch Exploded again. I asked him to call the Mechanic because I had already paid the Shop for the repair instead of calling the Dealership. The Mechanic is an independent Shop that has no affiliation with us but rather a Repair facility that the Dealership uses for repairs as needed. We went out of way to render help and services in good faith and did not receive any phone as a Courtesy for the help we rendered. The issue is not the Vehicle but the handling of the vehicle which is a high performance Ford Mustang GT.Review from QL

Purchased a BMW cash on 9/20/21 and I will say make sure you read the reviews first. This business or business owner are not who they portray to be. Purchasing this vehicle has been nothing but a bad experience. Was only able to drive vehicle 2 weeks before we found out this car had electrical issues and a serious oil leak that had previously been patched up. I really thought this business was professional and a honest business but again wish I would have read the comments and reviews before I purchased. I will never purchase or deal with this business ever again. I live and learn and remind myself that every lesson is a blessing. Be careful dealing with these people. Wolves in sheep clothing. Still out of pocket with trying to get the mechanics resolved.Classic Cars Sales Response

Ms.***** purchased a 2009 BMW from the Dealership after a Test Drive and looked over the vehicle and left to get funds ready to take delivery of the BMW. We noticed after she left the Dealership that there was a mixture of Antifreeze and Air Condition Condensation on the ground which was not present prior to Test Driving the vehicle. We then took the BMW to a service technician immediately and he noticed that the upper radiator hose clamp was loose, he replaced the part and checked it again to ensure that there were no mechanical issues. Ms.***** was made aware of we did to ensure that the vehicle does not have any issues after purchase hoping she will appreciate us taking the initiative doing what was best for our customer. Ms.***** took delivery of the vehicle two days later and was very happy with the entire transactions, she purchased a "Warranty" for the vehicle and also requested for an Extra Key Fob. She took delivery of the Vehicle without any issues and we asked her to please take the BMW to a Texas State Inspection and have it Inspected to ensure that the vehicle was Safe and Ready. She took the vehicle and it passed ******* any issues, she also gave us a copy of the inspection. Vehicles will not Pass ***** State Inspection if it has Electrical Problems as eluded to in her complaint. The Computer Module of the Vehicle was completely Analyzed using the "On Board Digital" System to determine if there is any issues with Engine Performance which includes Electrical. Collecting Data Information will only be made possible via Electrical Connection to the Vehicle Computer refer to as (ECU or ECM) Electric Control Unit OR Electric Control Module. Ms.***** should not automatically assumed that we sold her a vehicle that had Electrical Problems. She called us three weeks after purchase about not been able to Start the BMW but she was asked to check the Battery to ensure that it was not discharged. She said she was going to Boost the vehicle, we tried to explain the process of boosting German Vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche etc), she was not receptive to the information but rather she said she had driven so many BMW, Mercedes and so on in the past. We apologized for trying to convey valuable information that may be of help to prevent causing issues to the vehicle that may have led to the current predicament. Dealership will always be blamed for after sale issues by some of our customers even though that may not be the case. Some Mechanics out there will use this situation to take advantage of the Customer Self Inflicted issues and the Dealership is always to blame as an easy way out. She called the dealership a month after purchase to cancelled the "Warranty" she purchased even though it did not qualify for Cancellation OR Refund. We Refunded 100% of the money back to avoid any confrontation. We are obviously not happy that she is having issues with her vehicle, but calling us names that are not deserving is not fair even though we have done nothing wrong looking at everything that transpired.Customer Response

I am not going to go back and forth with you regarding this matter being that we both know that there was a problem. I said what I said and I meant it all. If you feel at any point I named called, that was not my intentions. I am just stating facts for what they are and again wish I would have read reviews before I made the deal with you. Again every lesson is a blessing. I loved the car and so did my daughter who was expecting at the time and again we just got the worst end of the stick. I am done with my comments and wish you and your business the best. As for the the warranty, the vendor stated it was refundable, I believe you just didn't want to go through the proper protocol of it as I advised. Thank you for the $398 dollars you sent via cash app. You was not so quick to do that for the thousands of dollars I spent for the vehicle and I'm talking stacks. At this point, I didn't want any conflicts either and blessed that you did that. Also, there is a correction that need to be made. As for the cars I drive, they had nothing to do with this deal. Maybe because you seen me in a 2000 Honda made you think that you had to teach a lesson of luxury that you did not so I have to clarify somethings with you. Your lesson wasn't anything but excuses and I'm sticking to how I feel. I have worked with my mechanic for a long time so I know this gentleman is very loyal and honest. To mention, the leak that you spoke about is getting repaired also that has now cause the car to start smoking that was never fixed. Have a wonderful day and again I wish your business well.Review from Lori T

I have been searching for my Mini for over 1 year, in no hurry to buy - just watching online and perusing the lots, waiting for "Mini right"! When this car became available at Classic Cars Sales, LLC, I knew I'd found my match! Johnny was a joy to work with, and the transaction was seamless. The car was exactly as depicted online, and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you Classic Cars Sales!
