      I have throat cancer and have been having a very difficult time working. My husband drives for **** Eats to supplement my cancer treatments and doctor bills. He received an order to be delivered to ******************** in *****, **. He drives to the complex and puts his emergency flashers on and literally runs up to the second floor apartment and delivers the food. LITERALLY less than five minutes and they towed his van. There were people sitting on their balcony and they told the tow truck driver that he was delivering food and he'd be back in a second. They told my husband that the guy hurried up and got the car on the tow truck, like he was playing beat the clock. The engine was still running and had the keys in it. They lay in wait, hoping to get people that are just trying to do their job. It wasn't like he went in and watched a movie and cooked dinner and left the car there for hours. He wasn't parked in a fire zone, either.

      When attempting to get my car from this towing company. The employee held my identification hostage in order to force me to be nice to him when he was not providing good customer service. He told me I can only get my identification once I paid him. which he never had my ID in his possession until I came to pay for my car to be released. In most towing situations once payment has been received your car is released. To not give me my ID just escalates the situation at hand and I know this was illegal and he needs to be fired for it. He is not a police officer and has no right to confiscate my identification. My parking permit was literally in my car so I shouldnt have been towed in the first place. But if Im already coming to settle why do this? I dont agree with my car being towed but I was coming to pay. And you can see on the security cameras that I put my permit in the window as I was leaving because it was IN MY CAR!

      This company tows people without cause. My son was in from out of town and parked in a retail lot on 12/29/24 that covered several retail locations. They went into a couple of places in the retail location and in about 30 min his car was gone. I called and was told that someone saw him get out of his car and walk into a store that was not one of the allowed locations. He thought he was parked in an allowed spot. AND, I have a receipt and picture for a tea bought in the location immediately in front of where he parked. They watched him go, didn't say anything to him that he couldn't park there, didn't ask if he was going to visit any of the other retail locations, just towed his car. They towed his car 8 miles and charged him $321 ($272 for towing and the rest for storage at a storage location. All they had to say when I called is it wasn't their fault he parked in the wrong spot. No manager available, only an email address that they do not respond to. Person on phone was rude and yelled at me. Dispatch time was 20:40, arrival time was 20:40, hook up 20:40. Appears they were already there waiting to tow someone. This car was not there for hours, parked to be left to go to another location away from this retail space. This is not acceptable, and the rate charged for towing is excessive. This company should not be allowed to tow for no reason and charge exorbitant fees. There is also now a blemish on the underneath side of his vehicle....that we just bought a few weeks ago. I assume the retail location is also part of this scheme, but not sure which retail store is involved. I have a name of Frisco PPI that released to be towed, but I am not sure what that is.

      My vehicle was towed from ********/ sky burger parking and I retrieved it the following day. Upon driving it home, I immediately noticed an oil leak, which led me to inspect further. It appears that my oil tank was damaged during the towing process, as I had no prior issues, and the car had just undergone comprehensive servicing from A to Z. This damage has rendered my vehicle undrivable, and given the circumstances, I am filing a claim for the necessary repairs. I expect prompt resolution, as it is clear the issue arose directly from the handling of my vehicle.I am reaching out regarding the damage to my vehicle after it was towed. While I understand the vehicle was parked in a towing zone and have already paid the towing fee without complaint, my car was returned with damage totaling $1,000. I have made every effort to resolve this issue, including emailing four different contacts, submitting a claims form with quotes attached, and leaving over eight messages in the past two weeks. Despite these attempts, I have not received a single response to my emails or calls. I am requesting assistance in securing compensation for the damage caused during towing. I am communicating through a answering service. They kinda cannot give me the manager name the manager information and the manager will call me. He has not called me one time.

      On August 17 2024 my vehicle was towed from my job located at *******************, my car was parked in the garage and I had a permit on my vehicle in clear site. It was picked up I went to pick up my vehicle and paid to get it out. I notified management at my location of business to let them know what had happened. My building manager contacted Warrior towing to get a refund they have said they would issue the refund however they continue to make excuses as to why we have not received the check and keep telling us it is in the mail. More than a month has passed and still no refund. This company is a scam!

      I had a flat dropping off a friend in the trailer park, I had no jack so I went to the door of the house I was in front of and when I did this weazle tow guy swings in hooks up and drags my truck away on a flat damaging my tire and wheel. I yelled and stop him he stuck his head out the window and stop. I told him my truck was on flat he was damaging my property, he just grin and drover away. My emergency flashers were on and I was about to change the tire. That is vehicle theft in my eyes! I am going to pursue a civil suit against this company! This place is trash!

      My car was wrongfully towed from an apartment complex and I was blocked from seeing my car before paying the towing fee, I later saw damages all over my front bumper and the bottom of my vehicle was dragging on the floor, they wrongfully towed my car, did not provide photographs, and damaged my vehicle after charging me $330 to do their job when they didnt, not only did they charge me they caused me $1800 in damage from my pocket

      I had my vehicle towed last night, with no probable cause. My vehicle is registered through my apartment complex and through the towing company. I woke up this morning at 5:30 am to see my truck was missing, and called them close to 6 asking if they had it why they had towed it, and why they had towed it. I went to pick it up after 7 am, they would not let me get my truck without paying for it even tho it was registered. They towed my truck and trailer separately, so they were able to charge for both, resulting in almost 700 dollars out of my pocket. The man we talked to, did not even introduce himself and was being very rude. He told us we needed to cool it because he hadnt had his morning coffee at 7:30 this morning. He gave us no answers as to why it was towed or why we were being charged when the vehicle was registered.

      My 74 year old mother pulled up to a friend's at the ********************** to get some info on her son's cancer treatment see I have stage 4 colon cancer .as she was about to knock on the door the driver who was watching her saw his opportunity to pull up as mom pulled behind the owners vehicle was not in the way only got out of the car for 40 seconds when the calculated absolute evil act happened to my mom this company has been ruining young peoples bank accounts and preying on the elderly I have never been around or heard of such an injustice from the absolute sorry individual that owns and operates the license to pillage our communities this ***** act has cost a lot but my mother was scared to death she had just got out or her car when the crooks took advantage of her I have all literature receipt and proof from witnesses juat need help for my mom this company can't get away with the theft of her car she thought since she just got out of her car basically

      I have been at Bayside apartments for a little over two weeks visiting someone. I register my car every night, and I always register it the same way. Well this morning I come outside to get in my car to go to work and its towed. After warrior towing, sent me a confirmation that it was register. This is now the second time warrior towing has towed my vehicle over the stupidest s***
