I live in my spot complex and parked in a valid apt complex yet they still had the audacity to tow my car . Unethical business . I want a full refundBusiness Response

Hello-
This is not a parking space. There is a clearly outlined no parking zone space designated on the left. The space opposite this is a pathway for the pedestrian gate that was blocked. Parking spaces are outlined by TWO white lines on either side, and does not have hashed out line through the space.
This is considered a valid tow. We will not be issuing a refund.

Hello, Ive been towed by this company 3-4 times now. In the same car that I just bought on Black Friday. On January 14th 2025c my car was towed and a piece of my bumper was sticking out when I picked it up. I was towed again from different location by the same company February 9, 2025. They have never towed me from that parking lot before, and my car was the only car that was taken. The car that was there parked before me was untouched. When I called to see if they had my car and how much it was they told me $375 to get out. They tried to change me more than double to get my car out that was there for MAYBE 3 hours. Ive always paid $175. Im starting to think theyre are targeting and harassing me. The people up there are also very rude, as if we towed their car. I will be filing a civil suite, and reporting my car stolen.Business Response

Hello-
This customer was towed previously in the City of ****** at a private property (apartment community) due to their vehicle not being registered on three separate occasions. As we know, the City of ****** tow fee is significantly less at $121, vs other cities being at the state standard of $272. This vehicle was towed on 2/9/25 in the City of ******, which the tow fee is $272, which is regulated by the state of *****.
This customer stole their vehicle out of our storage facility 2/9/25, and hit our gate causing an excess of $10K worth of damages. There is an open police investigation with Dallas Police and her vehicle was impounded and is being held as evidence by Dallas police since 2/9/25. It is currently in Dallas Police possession.
We will not comment further as this is an ongoing active police investigation and all evidence and video footage was turned over to Dallas police.

On 11/19/24 I parked my car in the apartment complex. I was unable to register my car on the towing company's website (despite several attempts). I received and error message with no phone number or way to contact them to register my vehicle. I went inside the building and a very short time later when I returned to my car it was towed. Upon picking up my vehicle from the impound lot on 11/19/24, I noticed my car was making a very loud and new noise. I immediately called the company who stated a manager was not available to speak with me. They stated I would need to call back the next day between 8-4. Upon calling back the next morning, I was informed that no Manager would speak with me until I filled out a damage waiver. I took my car into the repair shop on 11/20 in the morning and it was determined that the heat exhaust shield and cross bar needed a repair, as they had been damaged. On 11/20, I went to the tow lot and filled out damage waiver form with all required information and pictures. This was submitted before noon on 11/20. Over the next several weeks I called and emailed several more times with no response regarding the status of my damage waiver.Initial Complaint

My son lives at ********************. He has had two rented vehicles towed. In AUG he had a rental, and he was not aware the vehicle could get towed from where he lives because he didn't have it registered with the apartment complex. We went ahead and paid CWS RECOVERY. In November my son's car was in the shop, and we had to rent another vehicle. This time he made sure he went into the towing company website (not his apartment complex) and entered ALL information requested. Vehicle was towed again. The vehicle was NOT parked illegally. This is NOT Ok. He paid $331.11 again. My son lives there - his vehicles should not be towed specially when he did everything he was supposed to do. The apartment complex said the registered as a visitor and then said he was not registered at all. *** said the vehicle was not in their system yet email confirmation was sent to him. He does not have a contract with the towing company he has a contract with ********* APARTMENTS. The website he has to enter personal information is for the towing company so the apartment complex has limited information on what they can see. Its insane to me that both the apartment complex and the towing company can do this to someone who lives there and get away with it.Business Response

I searched our customer data base, and do not see that *** services GREETREE APARTMENTS. We also store vehicles for other towing companies, so it is possible that another towing company may have picked it up and dropped it off at our storage facility, in that case we have no control or access to any specific property records. My vehicle was towed on last night 11/4/2024. Although I did forget to register my vehicle. My issue is the lady with last name Winter at the tow yard has been nothing but rude and refuses to give me any information to get this issue resolved of my car being damaged by the towing guy. The name and number listed on the receipt says Integrity Parking Management, when I dial that number to get assistance it takes me right back to CWS Recovery where Winter who has left me standing at the window for more than 30 minutes because she states she is not explaining anything, answers the phone and still refuses to help. Her comment when she came back to the window was that "I am a deranged black lady". This is very offensive as I am only trying to get answers on whom to contact and have not said one disrespectful thing to her to be treated this way. This company is out of control and can not just damage vehicles and then not give information as to whom I should contact for help. **************** is the key to any business and this company does not have that. Thank you for the feedback. We have reviewed the video and audio footage of the interactions. The customer was advised they could fill out a damage claim form and did not want to. This is the process to get information to the management team to reach back out to the customer. We do not give out management phone numbers. Ms. ****** was frustrated as approach was less than favorable from the customer. Please know we do not condone disrespect and is not part of our business practices. I did not hear in the audio the comment that the complainant advised Ms. ****** said. I was just verbally assaulted by one of the workers that works for this company then when I threatened him with a lawsuit he took a picture of my apt number and he also assaulted me more all because I told him he could drag the car with it making all that noise.Business Response

Our driver, was patrolling McKinney Park apartments in Denton when he was approached by a male. The male approached the driver in a threatening manner and tried grabbing at him and the truck. The driver took photos of the male, for us to provide to the property management. The driver was attempting to explain to the vehicle owner the process, and the man, became aggressive, threatening a lawsuit, grabbing at him and so our driver asked him to back and stay out of the conversation. The vehicle owner did not know him, nor did they invite him into the conversation, as they only spoke spanish. Im emailing because my car *** X1 ( CWN8040) Georgia plate was towed by Integrity Towing at 10pm September ******* from Evoke Apartments at **************************************************************. I was parked in the front lot due to the back gate being damaged and inoperable and I didnt have access to the side gate to allow me to enter the garage. The sign says No Overnight Parking and clearly I wasnt there overnight. I came down at 11:11pm to follow my mothers car into the garage since she has access to get into the side gate. When I called the towing company they proceeded to tell me that Overnight Parking to them meant no parking past business hours! Thats not the same as No Overnight parking. My car was illegally towed from an apartment complex after it was registered in the CORRECT visitor parking. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the lady at the front desk REFUSED to explain why my car was towed.Business Response

Good afternoon,
All footage and documentation were reviewed in regard to this tow. This property has rules set for the towing provider to follow as residents and visitors are required to read the rules digitally and must park in the clearly marked designated parking for visitors or reserved spaces upon registration for any type of pass. This vehicle was not registered for the reserved resident space it was parked in. Once reviewed the vehicle was not registered as a tenant/resident for the space. In the event they were registered as a visitor that is where the vehicle should have been parked. As for the **************** *** after reviewing the release of this vehicle the *** only had the minimal information to provide as they were not registered to park in the area, they were parked in. " Unauthorized parking on property out of visitor parking". These areas have very tight and minimal parking and must abide by the rules set forth by the properties. The **************** *** was not disrespectful, they were doing the job and providing the details they had access to.

On 09/02/24 my car was unlawfully towed. When I got to the location the front desk person was extremely rude and lack of customer service skills. I tried to reason with the Regional Manager ***** as my car parking permit was still active when they took my car. The regional manager kept talking over me and was not very understanding at all. The location it self was very unpleasant and not customer friendly at all. I was charged roughly $200 when my car had only been in there lot for 7 hours. Good afternoon,
This is a contracted service that is provided for parking management and spaces. Everyone is provided a digital contract that must be signed making them aware of the parking facility rules. We are given the same rules to follow as this vehicle was not permitted to park where it had been parked. Management did speak with the claimant about the concerns and explain the reasoning for the tow in detail. Claimant continued in a disrespectful tone and manner after our Regional Manager discounted the fees.
