My husband paid $125 for an online gift card for me at this spa on July 11, 2023. When I went to make an appointment, I found that the ********* location had permanently closed. The only other location is in ******, **. I live in *********, **. I emailed the spa asking for a refund and never heard back. I would like a refund of my $125 please. This business opened a location in ************** and I became a member for their monthly massage. Not only did they lose their massage establishment license ( which i believe was because they continued to use the prior establishments license which in itself is a violation) and continually say they were getting it back soon, they then closed without warning in the fall of 2023 when I still had remaining credit on my membership and an unused gift certificate. I have cancelled the membership but continue to get emails saying that that they are still trying to charge my credit card the monthly membership fee. Im past the point of wanting a refund but now I want them to cease and desist, remove my credit card from their files and stop contacting me.
