      My family and I were called worsome ******* several times by the person who said he was the manager. We came in the dinnig room at 11:25 am. Another person with her child tried to come in while we was eating, but the door wouldn't open. I opened the door for her and I was told not to open the door for customers by the staff. More people came to the doors and I told the person that said he was the manager and he said "it's not my problem". After several times of this exchange, then he proceeded to call us worsome *******. He said this in front of my wife, daughter inlaw, grandkids, and the women and little girl that was there.

      Un acceptable customer service at the Burger King on *** ****** Rd, Red Oak TX XXXXX. Today 12/06/2021 at 3:50pm, I went through the drive-thru to place an order. I placed my order when asked, then was told that there were no chicken sandwiches. I asked for an alternative and was answered with a rude. I then changed I order to something different when I heard profanity before hanging up the mic. The young man (around 17-18 yrs Hispanic male) that took my order did not realized I still could hear him. I drove up to the window and asked him for the Manager. Another young man (around 25yrs Hispanic male) came up to the window when he also started to speak nonsense. A young woman (around 25yrs Hispanic female) came to the window as being the manager. I asked for their name and she said she could not provide that to me. Meanwhile in the background, I heard the second male scream out to me to go back to my country'. I am sadden to see that your employees have this type of ethic towards any customer. I will be filling a BBB complaint and wanted to bring this to BK management that can make a difference for the company.

      Lets talk about PISS POOR SERVICE AND LAZY WORKERS. I came to this location on 10/05 at 8:53PM and all I wanted was to pay for a few slices of cheese because I forgot to buy a pack at walmart and did not want to go back to the store. The person answered the speaker and when I told her what I wanted she did not say anything else so I sat at the speaker for about 15 mins saying ****O. Then I pull up to the window and honked the horn, no one came to the window I sat there and honked the horn for another 10 minutes.
      Then I came back around to the speaker and the worker answered RUDLEY again, I asked for a #4 (I did not want the food at this point I was pissed and I just wanted someone to come to the window so I could get the corporate office number). The worker states that "the system is down" mind you the truck in front of me when I got there got their food. So at that point I simply asked for a cup of water because again I wanted someone to come to the window. So I get to the window and I did not want the water I simply asked the lady for the number to corporate and her name and the manager on duty name, and she says "i'm not giving you the number my name I don't have to give you anything.. WHEEEWWW I WAS SPEACHLESS, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HEAR A "CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE" TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE. YOUR NAME OK COOL YOU WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT THEY WILL KNOW WHO YOU ARE WHEN I CALL, EVEN WHEN I WORKED FAST FOOD BACK IN MY TEEN YEARS NEVER WAS SO RUDE TO A PAYING CUSTOMER, BURGER KING CLEARLY DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS MONEY WITH EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT.
      So then I pull out my good ole camera and start recording she went to get the manager they simply peeked around the corner and then went the other way back into the office. NOT EVEN THE MANAGER TRIED TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION! THE MANAGER. So then THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF AND THE MANAGER STARTS CURSING ME OUT AT THE FIRST DRIVE THRU WINDOW BEHIND ME, BUT SHE COULDNT COME TO THE SECOND WINDOW TO DO HER **** JOB... MIND YOU IM STILL RECORDING AT THIS POINT I EVEN WENT ONLINE TO SEE WHAT TIME THEY CLOSED WHICH IS 12AM. ALL THIS AT ONLY 8:53PM.
      So I sat there another 5 minutes and recorded then I went across the street to Jack in the box and I was going to get my cheese and go make my kids burgers. Until I saw that they turned the lights back on so I went back to record that.
      There was a truck in the drive thru they ignored him as well and there were 2 cars at the speaker they ignored them as well. The drive thru worker was cleaning the lobby ignoring the customers.
      NOW IF THE SYSTEM IS DOWN AS YOU CLAIM WHY NOT JUST INFORM THE CUSTOMERS OF THAT INSTEAD OF BLANTLY IGNORING THEM AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL. HAVING THEM SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 30 MINUTES?? SO I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO INFORM THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCH AS WHATABURGER AS I SHOULD OF WENT TO BEING IT WAS MY FIRST CHOICE! INSTEAD OF STOPPING HERE TO GET PISS POOR DISGUSTING THE MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND GUESS WHAT THEY DID AGAIN.. THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OUT ON THOSE OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL. I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE BBB OF THIS EXPERIENCE. IF YOU LADYS DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER JOB AND BURGER KING IF YOUR SELLS ARE LOW I WOULD DEFINETLY TAKE A LOOK INTO THE NIGHT SHIFT AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THOSE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AS ****. AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED ITS HER JOB TO DEESCALATE SITUATIONS NOT HIDE IN THE BACK, CURSE OUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TURN OFF THE LIGHTS SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORK.
      VIDEOS WILL BE POSTED TO BURGER KING AND ALL SOCAIL MEDIA SITES.
