      I recently renewed my lease with a property your company manages since that time my ac has been leaking constantly and all **** does is send maintenance to put bandaid on the issue instead of actually fixing the problem. There's a constant drip coming from the ac system right now. This place was decent when I moved in 2 years ago now I'm looking to early terminate my lease and move some where else

      To say that this company is probably one of the worst places to deal with is definitely an understatement. I decided to move into ********************* in ******, ***** in 2021 despite all the negative reviews because it is literally 3-5 minutes walking distance to my job. Everything was ok in the first year and the second year I asked to be moved to a downstairs apartment because of health issues. I had to get a doctor's note to be able to move, which I did. No problem. I TOLD management to please switch my utility bills to my new apartment so that I won't have to pay an extra fee, or it won't go into collection. They told me that they would take care of it. I was WRONG. While I was living into my new apartment in the SAME apartment complex, I get a phone call from a debt collector saying that I owe $388 for utility bills at my OLD apartment. I am perplexed. How in the audacity and **** do I have to pay for a debt that I clearly asked management to make sure to switch my utilities over so that won't happen. I go to the office and ask them why they didn't switch it over and you know what they said to me. "Oh, we forgot..." I am livid but I'm like okay, fine. I went ahead and paid the debt even though it messed up my credit score. Now, time to choose to renew my lease in August 2022 or move. I decided to move. I go to the office a day before my move out date and give them my apartment key and mailbox and the nerve of management to tell me I owe 2 months utilities after I move. So, I have to pay September and October's utility bill. Fine, again no problem. I paid September bill and forgot that I had to pay October bill. Mind you, we were still in the first week of October and called the office to have them tell me that October's bill is already in collections. I'm like WHAT?!!! HOW??? Now, October's utility bill was $174, and I remember it because I was going to give them a money order of $175. I get a call saying that I owe ***************** $376.09 for utilities.

      I was evicted even after paying my rent in a timely manner they were adding on fees that wasn't authorized & now I'm stuck with a ***** eviction corporate doesn't answer emails or call now I'm homeless I contacted wehner multibfamily I was told to mail the money order which I did no one got back to me now I'm out ****** can't move anywhere so now I have to fly back to ***** to see what all I can do

      My mother lives at the westchase estates,the living conditions are horrible,number of 7 rats have been found by us,the office has been notified & has NOT done anything about it,not to mention her door knob feel off over the weekend Friday to be exact & nobody has yet fixed it,thr office is unorganized,unprofessional,liers,I would not recommend anybody to take there family there to live,not to mention my mother was denied cooperate phone number,she was giving a paper with the owners so called phone number on it.

      This company is the worst, the Forest Glen apartments in Wichita Falls have rats. They also charged my bank account for 2 months rent for an apartment we were no longer living in and after multiple attempts to get the money back the area manager Elizabeth G****** will no longer return emails or calls. The apartment manager and the Ms. G****** are very unprofessional and have basically stolen 1300.00 from me. I would not even give one star to this company if I did not have too.

      *******, you are not nor have you ever been a resident of Forest Glen Apartments. Unfortunately it appears you have utilized your payment info to pay rent on an apartment that belongs to a relative of yours, and were advised to bring this up with your bank as we cannot reverse these payments for you. No one stole your money and you were advised of this multiple times.

      True I was not a resident, I paid the rent for my daughter who was in college at the time. Your statements are false in that you say that I was advised several times to bring this up with my bank that was said to my daughter one time. I did do this in the beginning and my bank stated that there was nothing that they could do to return the money because it was paid to the Wehner company, the money would have to be reimbursed by the company and not the bank. The bank is not going to pay for the companies mistake. Myself and my daughter relayed this information several times to the apartment manager. So yes if the company still has my money and not returned it then your company has indeed stole it. Emails stopped from Ms. G****** after she told me she would check with the accountant about returning my money, then nothing more.

      I live at the Redford apartment homes that is owned by them, my carpet thru out the apartment was coming up I sent videos pictures everything you can think of to make them fix the carpet. They finally stated to replace carpet with vinyl flooring, I hade to wait 2 and a half months for them to finally finish, now i have been without hot water for almost 2 weeks , office is no help they don't have any answers. I called the city to come look and the complex was fined but still don't have hot water

      Along with everyone else who has written a review on this dumpster fire of a company, I would most certainly NOT recommend living in any apartment complex under the management of Wehner MultiFamily, LLC. I leased my apartment in mid December and by mid January I was trying to contact someone about the roach problem in my unit, the excessive trash on the property and noisy neighbors. I had only gotten a few responses and then finally found out that the current landlord quit and there is no property manager for the time being. I have tried getting a hold of corporate offices, regional managers and everyone I could think of with no response. I don't even know who to contact to get out of this lease. Its a literal hot mess over here and I was informed that none of the properties in greater Arlington, Texas belonging to this company even have property management at the moment. I am so disappointed that my first rental experience here in Texas was so negative and this company is 100% to blame for that.

      This company should not even be a company. I live in Mountain Valley Apartments and their management recently changed brining in "new ideas" that are only making residents leave the premises. Apartments are old with mold, rats, and have no experienced maintenance personnel. The manager told her employees to force us to sign addendums for us to pay the bills in order to get new parking stickers. If we did not sign, we would not get a parking sticker therefore resulting in the tow company taking many residents vehicles. You go into the office and the manager is rude and arrogant. One of the maintenance employees over heard her stating that she was going to make people (Mexicans and African Americans) leave these apartments. She is racist and has the wrong plans for the apartments. I only plan on being here until my lease is over otherwise she will manage to screw me over if I leave before then. Corporate is a joke, I contacted them and received responses but after mentioning the sticker situation, I have had no response.

      I moved into this apartment complex in March and since day one I've had issues from management to my apartment falling apart and the most recent one was Tuesday in December 20 21 my "" toilet overflowed and nobody let me know they gave my key to a contact that I've never met before I came home to them in my apartment nobody let me know what was going on they have yet to get anything off of my balcony I've been calling reason I have called corporate I've called called Compliance this is the worst property management that I've ever worked with

      I would not move to any of their apartments especially not Adira Apartments or whatever name it will be next as management can't seem to stay a full year. It is 2021 and in Dallas this complex continues to rent to people at market value, but these apartments are marketed to people who attend the schools in the area only to have them not feel safe in their apartment complex or have decent living spaces in their neighborhood. Crime rampant even being right across the street from the new police station in the area. All families here should be offered another place to live because all of these units need a lot of work and tenants here deserve a better place to live. Can never get the management or owner or corporate on the phone, but they tow your cars they are ready to file evictions while they are getting government money to resolve balances in the pandemic. In the summer months every unit has a window AC unit because the AC units are just running on fan not working not cooling off or heating up. There are no dishwashers. There is leaking and mold between walls. No hot water and turning off water in whole building every week. Mold. Termites. Pests. Trash. Loitering. Loud Music. A lot of quiet people and elderly people live here because it is the lowest price in the area, but there are no amenities for over $900 a month with everything standard in your apartment. No updated fixtures. Grounds are not kept up. Gates haven't work in years. Vandalism to the nearby recreation center so even with it being a place for the youth to go, the apartments know that their tenants hurt this center that tries to help the very people in the area. Many of the kids that attend the programs there know that these apartments are not well kept. It is an eye sore to the community. This is a slum lord company getting rich off the disenfranchised. This area is trying to develop but it is the apartments in the area that makes the area run down.
